When I stopped by to inquire about a touch up paint job on my car and how much it would set me back, I had no idea that the service I would receive would totally blow me away. Jay looked at my car and asked me a few questions, then went into the shop and returned with a buffer and some compound, wheeled out the area where the damage was and then asked me how it looked. Totally amazed by his knowledge and lack of mine, I said that looks great, how much do I owe you. He said that I owed him nothing and that he was happy that he could help. These people are honest professionals and worth checking out. Our experience may differ but I'm certain you will be pleased by stopping by and letting the guys have a look. Ron F.”
“From the original estimate until completion the process was excellent. The work on my 2023 Rivian R1S was flawless, and the repairs are undetectable. All electronics are in perfect order. Pfeiffer supplied all the proper documentation to the insurance company, and I was not required to give any additional information. The office staff and Rob, the supervisor, were always attentive and polite. I would not hesitate to have future repairs done there (but hope I don't need any!).”
“I had an outstanding experience working with Caliber. It was setup through my insurance and they made everything so simple. My repair took a little longer than initially anticipated but they made sure I had my car before the weekend so I didn't need to pay for a rental through the weekend.
My car looked great when I got it back and they had also basically detailed the interior which I was not expecting at all.

I took it to Toyota multiple times with no one helping me diagnose or recreate the environment that was causing concern. Alex from service took the time to explain what was going on and why it was happening. While I didn’t get the work done at Toyota because the cost was way above what I could afford Alex walked through the process with me the whole way. “I had the pleasure of being local and dropping my truck off to the Dash Dr. For an small resonable extra fee he removed and installed the cluster for me.
The Dash Dr. Really is a master of his craft you can tell he has been in buisness a while and has alot of knowledge on them. After getting my 20 year old trucks cluster refurbished it looks brand new again and has drastically fixed small electrical gremlins in my truck I have been having.
If your questioning it give the Dash Dr a call he has no problem discussing stuff on the phone with you. Top notch grade A work with a Warrenty!
