I was in with my husband today. Everyone was very nice and even though we were just looking (mostly him lol) at least 5 employees approached me to see if I needed assistance. This is fantastic customer service! I work in retail and I was really impressed!

Good selection, but reps from Intel, Microsoft, etc. (Some are representing multiple companies) jump on you when your trying to look around, sometimes they are helpful but very predatory. I update: came in for a Sony tv, Samsung sales rep was here, guess where the best buy guy steered me towards.... get the reps out... read full comment
