“As I would expect and have come to receive from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Gerald Ford international airport, they provided me with an excellent vehicle that met every need of my trip based on the weather, road conditions, etc etc. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and stayed with me every step of the way until I was completely satisfied on the vehicle I would be checking out. I did not catch the sales person's name but she was fantastic.
Hats off to you Enterprise. You have done an excellent job in hiring this person to work in your sales force and I would recommend Enterprise to anyone that is looking forward to a smooth pickup and drop off in their rental car needs.”

“Rented a vehicle for my wife and daughter to drive to Chicago for the weekend. Originally booked a full size car but made a last minute choice to upgrade to a small SUV. Aaron at the branch was friendly and accommodating.
Turns out my daughter left a backpack in the car which we didn’t notice was missing for 2 weeks. I called the branch and they had it in their lost and found. The backpack’s contents were completely intact. So they certainly clean the vehicles after each use.”
“As someone who rents over 100 cargo vans a year. This is without a doubt the best enterprise truck rental I’ve ever been to. Nathan, Christian, and their team go above and beyond for my business needs. Their inventory is the best I’ve seen in the country. their customer service is incredible and Im always relieved when I get to rent from this location. I couldn’t recommend them enough.”
“Ok, they don't tell you on their website that they don't take Debit cards so I was pissed when I went to pick up my car and they said I have to have a credit card. Luckily I had a card, but it could have been a different scene if I didn't have one! Poor customer service!”
“Overall it was great. However, it needed a thorough car wash when I first got it. Also, I found it weird that while renting the vehicle, I got a call saying that vehicle was sold and I need to swap it out. Uhhh, no. Swapping out the vehicle I rented for over 1000$ is NOT in my vacation itinerary. But I found out it wasn’t required and could just return it on the return date. But a phone call like that causes quite a problem.”
“Great service team. My car was not a fit for me. Mazda controls are awkward and anti-intuitive. It was too small for me and not terribly well-cared-for. I'll use them again because of their staff but will be pickier about the vehicle.”
“I know your in Vegas but do you really need slot machines in the rental car building. You already got them at the airport gate, baggage claim and you are most likely going to be around vending machines a lot more in your drives. That is really the only observation. Otherwise it’s just a normal rental car place”

I'm not sure of the male employees name but he's a taller white dude with facial hair and he's the best!
