Terrible customer service. They don't even have normal bank services they always direct you to a different bank.

This is not a bank. It is an atm. There are no bank tellers of the human variety

Went in to pull out cash and couldn’t because this location has a limit. There are no people and only one ATM inside. They said I could take out some cash here and go to a chase that has tellers for the rest. Pointless location. Definitely looking to switch to Lake Michigan.
