Grand Rapids Ace Hardware is a locally owned, helpful neighborhood store. It is bigger than most Ace Hardware stores, well laid out, and merchandised well. The staff is always friendly, polite, and helpful, offering personal service without being insistent. It is a convenient place to quickly pick up items and find what you need, saving customers a drive. While prices can be higher, it is very helpful for repairs and projects. The store provides a quick and easy pickup experience, and customers are happy to have this nice hardware store close by.
Helpful and very friendly. I don't live on this side of town so I only go here occasionally. But the the staff is very friendly and is available to help me find what I need. Definitely recommend going here.

Hands down the best choice if you need help with a project so you can buy the right thing. They have a lot of items you dont find at big box hardwares and they re-fill propane tanks.

Our first time using this store's curbside pickup was a pleasant experience. It was easy to order online and our order was ready within one hour.
