Talked to Steven today at your location. What an incredibly disappointing experience.Customer service goes a long way, and your customer pays your paycheck, think about that the next time you don't have the "time" to help a customer.

The only Independent Bank downtown and your closed on the weekend? ? ? It would be nice if you guys where open on Saturday till noon at least, like the other sorrounding Independent Bank's. Other than that its a small space, kind of dug the old spot across the road more.
