“After leaving the location on 28th street. And not being in a good mood. So the question was this is what we needed to do and the guy said sure let’s get this taken care of and get you guys new phones so we would of walked out with new phones tonight but that dumb stolen feature was on and it took. An hour to deactivate and it would have put us over the time the store would have been open til. So we got that turned off and will be going suck in the morning to get our new phones.

“I came in to the store on my sister's recommendation (she listens to them talk tech on the Justin Barclay's radio show) and I was given great service in restoring a good portion of my lost photos from Windows. They gave me great advice all the way thru and were very thorough in their forensic scanning of my photos on my hard drive. The staff are smart, patient and kind.”

I got a good deal on the Samsung A21 and walked out paying under $100- case and screen protector includeddddddddddd . 10 out of 10 would recommend this metro store to my friends. Very caring customer service, genuinely wanted to help me & took her time getting me the best phone for me.”

“I've come to this location twice - a couple of months ago to sign up for their internet, and again last week to add a family member to my plan. Both visits went extremely smoothly, I was able to get what I needed quickly and with all of my questions answered thoroughly. T-Mobile as a company places a lot of restrictions on what customer reps can do in store versus what they make customers do over the phone, but these reps are very knowledgeable and can help guide you through the process. While waiting, I also watched them patiently help older customers with questions that are more technology based than phone service based, but they helped with a smile anyway. Wyatt was my most recent customer rep, and I had a 5-star experience. Thank you, Wyatt!”
