I had Thomas help me out with everything I wanted and needed. It was a fantastic experience and I recommend going here for all your needs. Yes there was a little bit of a wait time but you can tell that all the staff on duty was trying there best to help everyone out as fast as they could and make sure you didn't go unrecognized from the moment you walked into the door.”

Upon learning Metro by T-Mobile uses GSM frequencies, I made the choice to switch to Metro. I contacted the Division Ave. store to ask some questions about starting new service and transferring my number. Eric at Metro by T-Mobile was very helpful, both on the phone and in store. “This location could use a bit more organization; clearance racks are all over the place size-wise and sometimes the wrong size in the hanger than the clothing item is marked - nothing major but it's a simple fix. There's a younger girl with curly hair that works in the beauty department and every time I've gone and she's working, she's a total joy. She's very knowledgeable and really great with offering samples and testers. She helped me find some of my now favorite products! The store is not as crazy busy as the 44th location which is a nice change of pace sometimes if you want to browse Target but don't want to deal with crowds.”

“I am convinced that these people know where it's all about. This is my second review on Yelp for this store and it has not changed although the people that are working there have. They take the time to correctly understand what the issue is or what you plan to do. We wanted our phones upgraded and went from a I-phone 6 to an SE as AT&T's add states. All worked out and now my wife gets one as well. As some comments are about appointments; we were helped right away. The environments are changing and so are stores : You have to wear a mask and show a driver license or some kind of identification before entering the store. This is because of the burglaries in the area. Also, they order your phone to get send home. Their store does not have many in stock anymore basically because of the above mentioned reason. There might be more changes in the future but it does not stop me from liking their customer service here.”
