“Absolutely fantastic service. I dropped my phone and broke the camera this morning. I only had a small window to get a phone after work. I had little to no expectations of actually getting a *phone*, let alone getting the entire experience I got. Jackie and Maria sat and answered all my questions, even though it was nearing closing time on a Friday night. And before we were finished they had already called another local store (44th and Clyde Park) to have a case and charger set aside since they didn't have one in stock for the phone I chose, and didn't want me taking the risk of breaking another camera. Incredibly thoughtful. I'll be changing this store to my "home store" and driving across town to come here from here on out. Thank you! (And thank you to the lady at 44th and Clyde Park too!)”

“I am convinced that these people know where it's all about. This is my second review on Yelp for this store and it has not changed although the people that are working there have. They take the time to correctly understand what the issue is or what you plan to do. We wanted our phones upgraded and went from a I-phone 6 to an SE as AT&T's add states. All worked out and now my wife gets one as well. As some comments are about appointments; we were helped right away. The environments are changing and so are stores : You have to wear a mask and show a driver license or some kind of identification before entering the store. This is because of the burglaries in the area. Also, they order your phone to get send home. Their store does not have many in stock anymore basically because of the above mentioned reason. There might be more changes in the future but it does not stop me from liking their customer service here.”

“Last night Feb 19 2026 my wife and I showed up a bit before closing to get a transfer pin number that had been screwed up by another salesperson years ago... Tanner spent time getting our problem straigtened out even after closing time to make sure we were all set before leaving. Tanner clearly went above and beyond for someone he had never met. He is a great kid who shows he cares about customers. World needs more people like him.”

“Everyone is always polite and helpful. It's not easy to get into (unless you're coming off of 131), which actually keeps it kind of peaceful and secluded... At a busy intersection.”

“This location could use a bit more organization; clearance racks are all over the place size-wise and sometimes the wrong size in the hanger than the clothing item is marked - nothing major but it's a simple fix. There's a younger girl with curly hair that works in the beauty department and every time I've gone and she's working, she's a total joy. She's very knowledgeable and really great with offering samples and testers. She helped me find some of my now favorite products! The store is not as crazy busy as the 44th location which is a nice change of pace sometimes if you want to browse Target but don't want to deal with crowds.”
