Great couch, horrible customer service. We stopped in several times to schedule repair on our reclining couch and never got connected with the repair team. West Elm team is great, repair company needs to be replaced with a higher level of customer service company.

Kelly is absolutely fantastic! I had issues with an online order, which typically would cause me to swap brands - Kelly wouldn’t allow that! I vented about my online experience while shopping in her store - She made magic happen with an order she had no investment in just to help me! I’m always coming to West Elm now!
