“My boyfriend and I just bought a house. We went in not knowing exactly what we were looking for just that we had a whole living room to furnish and we wanted a comfy couch. Channa was so sweet and quick to help us with all of our wants and needs. With kids and pets in mind she put together a stylish yet comfortable living room set better than I could have imagined it myself! We are so excited to start our new chapter of our lives in a best living room yet! Will definitely be beck to see channa gor our next bedroom project!”
“Everyone at the store were very friendly and helpful. Somehow once the order was placed my contact information got messed up. Our address was correct but it reverted back to my dad’s cellphone number. (He’s been gone 14 years). Consequently both numbers I left disappeared from the computer. Finally I stopped in and asked about our chairs. I was told they were in the warehouse. I paid the balance and set up delivery. I’m not sure how they were planning to contact me! Maybe they could have tried the Post Office.
We got them. We’re happy.

“Wow, so many rooms to check out with everything vintage, retro, antique that you can imagine plus a few other artisan stalls. Plan on spending at least an hour, maybe 2 here. Popcorn station for shoppers as well.”

“I ordered a very expensive set of soap and hand lotion and was so excited to receive it; being that Im a big fan of Jean. It arrived in January and was frozen solid. As a result, the hand lotion was completely compromised and is like milky water. I had emailed Stoffer and they replied quickly; unfortunately it was going into my spam folder but alas, once we connected they very quickly replaced the bad bottle “on the house” and shipped me a new one. I’m SUPER grateful and as a result love Jean even more!”

“Amazing Customer Service! Debbie, Aleana (I believe), and a gentlemen demonstrated a high quality of customer of service during our entire visit. My mother and I were greeted as soon as we entered the store, asked if it was our first time and why we were shopping, and explained about the location of the lighting options throughout the store.
As we perused, Debbie and the gentlemen ensured the lights were on for display. In addition, Debbie and Aleana gave us a detailed explanation of how to establish an account on their website and build a wish list. This was a stark contract to our experience at other lighting stores in the area. Thank you for your professionalism, expertise, and superb customer service!

“I just want to say thank you and compliment the buyer for this store! The quality, style, colors and selection for large-scale wall art & leaning floor mirrors was impressive, especially at those price points. I don’t think I’ve ever walked in any store and found five options to seriously consider and narrow down from.
The height and price point on some of the lamps—over 32 inches with shade at or under $150—have me kicking myself for previous purchases. The area rug selections had me wanting more rooms just to be able to use some of them.
I tend to walk through store after store after store to find one piece that would work; or I give up and spend hours to order online. Someone knows what they’re doing at this location! Go here first!!!”

“There is so much to look at. Plan on spending a while in there. The store looked clean. My only complaint .. when we were checking out, there were 2 cashiers talking bad about a customer to eachother so everyone in line could hear. Seemed pretty petty and unprofessional.”

He was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout the whole process. The installation went smoothly, and Erik even followed up afterward to make sure everything was done to perfection.
We absolutely love our new flagpole. Our only regret is not getting one sooner! It’s such a great feeling to come home and see it proudly flying in the front yard every day.
