“So far so good. Parts that were used 3 months earlier were replaced and thought to be defective. No charges and it appears the problem is resolved. Very grateful.”

“We went on a trip to the U.P last week and we rented a car from Enterprise on Expressway off of 76th Street in Grand Rapids. The young lady behind the desk was very nice, very helpful, and we were very satisfied with our second vehicle. We were not very happy with our first vehicle because it sat too low to the ground and we didn't really think we'd be comfortable driving that UP North so we called the next day before we left to see if we could exchange to a little bigger vehicle, and she said yes and we loved that vehicle so glad we changed out from a small car to an SUV. I will only rent from Enterprise they have done nothing but been good to us every time we've rented from them. The price is good and no issues with picking up or dropping off and no hidden surprises.”
“I know your in Vegas but do you really need slot machines in the rental car building. You already got them at the airport gate, baggage claim and you are most likely going to be around vending machines a lot more in your drives. That is really the only observation. Otherwise it’s just a normal rental car place”

“Enterprise has who we've gone to for our last 3 car rentals and have had a good experience with all of them. With our most recent car rental we we're helped by Teyland. He has excellent customer service and was knowledgeable. In Observing the other employees on duty for both pick and drop off each and every one of them are professional, helpful, kind and welcoming. The cars are in great condition and clean.
