“My ipad air screen was not working. It was cracked, I Brought it here to see if it could be fixed. They tried a couple of easy, non-invasive techniques first which, did not work but I appreciated anyway. When they finally had to replace the screen , they did so in less than one hours and for a reasonable price. I would bring my ipad back here to be serviced again.”

“I accidentally broke my phone screen by dropping a tool on it when fixing my car. These guys helped me get fixed up so fast. My phone is a crucial part of my job, so I asked if they could fix it same day and they said YES! Within a couple of hours of me dropping it off at 4:00pm on a Saturday they had it ready and good as new! I have never had better service! If you need your electronics fixed, go to these guys. “I give Meeka and this store a 5 star review but the company as a whole and their corporate rep is a big fat 0! Here is my story I am a traveling nurse who had to go see my patient upon arrival I learned their phones where off for nonpayment but they had receipts the payment had been made. Although it was made in store in Sparta the receipt said Texas! We went to the store and the owner was no help not offering refund and we called customer care which directed us back to the store said owner had to reprocess payment. The owner again refused so we went to Grand Rapids! Meeka right away was friendly understanding and professional total opposite of what we encountered at Sparta store. She contacted her corporate rep who took some time to get back to her, it left my clients without service another night a patient on oxygen no phones in the home working. I called Plainfield store Saturday and Meeka had some answers from her corporate rep. Unfortunately it was not beneficial for anyone but boost. They wanted my clients to go back to Sparta store for refund then make new payment over the phone or at another store. The problem we now are left with is it is Sunday my clients are on a fixed income and do not have another 100 in the bank so they have to wait for the money to be refunded before they can pay again. Tomorrow is a holiday and banks are closed 4 days have went by and at least 5 will go by maybe more. Meeka did ask for a credit to get account on but it was denied. I’m not sure why a credit is being denied if the client paid it’s not their fault the company put them in this situation and they are refusing to make it right! This is digesting business practices on corporate level shame on them! Thank you Meeka for being professional and understanding, you are what true Customer service is about and if I where you I would consider working for a company who cares about their customers…..if they don’t care about the customers do you think they really care about their hourly employees?”

“Stopped by the Kalamazoo Ave. AT&T Store today(10/29), with a technical issue that none of the other AT&T Businesses could seem to help me with. To my surprise I was met by two very nice AT&T Employee's that were working at this store named Linda and Brandon. By the grace of God they were able to resolve the billing dilemma that I was having. These two worker's really worked well together, were extremely professional and honestly couldn't have been more helpful. I honestly don't think I've ever had better phone service in Grand Rapids since moving here almost 10 years ago. HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!”

“Had several phones swapped do to kid breaking them never had problems till now over charging for phone swap. Charging for deactivating phone number to reactivate phone number on top of the normal swap charge other stores charge $25 for the swap and $10 for a sim card if needed charging $20 to deactivate. Never had a deactivate fee before

“So I had quite a few issues with my phone, to the point were I was angry and anxious. My account was suspended and the website told me to pay my fee to restore which I did. Sadly it did not work. Cue to the machine eating my money. I go into this Boost Mobile location and THANK GOD I ran into Jimmy! This man not only restored my service and credited what I had already paid, but he went on to fix a long term issue I've had with my microphone, replaced a screen protector professionally and was INSANELY charismatic the entire time through. Every time I go to this location whoever the salesman is there is the one to bring me back the next time. JIMMY THANK YOU! You deserve a raise for being the best!”
