“I had an issue with a delivery needing a signature, and I had no way to be home for it. The sender placed some strict restrictions on the item, so I couldn't have the delivery address changed or even pick it up at a drop point. I HAD to sign for it from my delivery driver, no exceptions. I managed to get a hold of their dispatcher through the main UPS number, and they held my item at the hub for me to pick up AFTER HOURS! I was so thankful!!! They did a great job!!”
