“I purchased wheels from The Wheel Exchange in Greenville, Michigan and had Daggett’s Auto Repair do the wheel swap. I’m adding the same review I wrote for The Wheel Exchange.
Great experience. I have had the wheels for almost a year. Exchanged Chevrolet Blazer 21” pearl painted aluminum wheels for gloss black painted aluminum, along with black center caps. The wheels still look great. I’m a picky guy.
If you’re local, I drove 3 hours, use Daggett’s Auto Repair in Greenville, Michigan to do your wheel/tire swap. Saves shipping costs. The Wheel Exchange will coordinate with Daggett’s after you set up an appointment. Daggett’s packaged the old wheels up and had them set aside for The Wheel Exchange to come pick up.
All around great experience and I would recommend both of these businesses.”

I can trust that all inspections promised in the cost of my oil change will be completed, all while I’m comfortably sitting in my car. The technicians take the time to answer any questions I have during my oil changes. Thankfully, this place checked things out for me for free and told me all was good. They could’ve told me I needed all new coolant and an oil change and I probably would’ve believed them. Because they were honest, I will be back when I really need my oil changed. Thank you!”
“Transmission went out in my 2021 traverse. They were able to get the car in within a few days to confirm the issue and once the part arrived, the car was fixed within 3 days. Car is running great and I’m happy with the service.

I've gotten four sets of tires here, and unfortunately last year in a pinch I had to get a set from a larger, very well known, retailer.
Brought my tire in today since I found a nail in it, and in their inspection of it, they found a piece of wire that had also partially punctured the side. They didn't try to sell me into a full set of tires. Dewey recommended replacing it, but felt confident in their availability to patch and repair it. He got me a price/quote, and it was fair and matched the big retailer.
All this to say, the service you get here, is second to none. Between Dewey Peterman and his sons who work there, and all their truly experienced technicians, you come, you get what you need without being upsold, and you get going.”

Got to watch them change tires too and I must say they are WAY more correct and thorough in procedure than any shop I've ever been.”

Before coming here, we spent weeks searching everywhere — Facebook Marketplace, AutoTrader, Edmunds, and visiting dealerships in Traverse City and the Manistee, Cadillac areas. Every stop left us feeling like just another customer. Sales agents didn’t seem to take us seriously, they didn’t understand budgets, and the cars on the lot never quite matched their online listings. Being “catfished” by a car is rough. After weeks of letdowns and pushy sales tactics, we were about ready to give up on the whole car-buying experience.
We decided to finally make the trip to Ed Koehn Ford in Greenville, Michigan as our first stop on the way toward the Muskegon area. I had heard good things about them and figured it was worth a try — and I’m so glad we did.
We purchased a 2019 Ford Edge from them and the buying experience itself was wonderful — smooth, friendly, and stress-free. We drove away so excited to be proud owners of our “new baby.” Unfortunately, within two hours of driving home, the check engine light came on and the vehicle began shifting strangely from 2nd to 3rd gear. Panic set in.
The next day we went to AutoZone to have the codes read, and they pointed to possible transmission issues. Yikes.
We calmly called the dealership and spoke with Cashius, our sales agent (a young, easygoing guy who’s been in sales only a couple of years, but already so helpful and confident — he smiled a lot, wasn’t afraid to ask for help when needed, answered all our questions, and even took an amazing photo of us with our new car (Wish I had asked for a copy!), and Matt, the general manager (a very charismatic guy with a calm, confident presence — he listened to everything we said, asked all the right questions, made us feel safe, and had a great sense of humor). Right away, they wanted to make things right and make us feel safe. They consulted with their service team using the information we provided and assured us they could help.
We were already planning to return the following Monday to have tires installed that we had ordered, but they went above and beyond by sending a driver all the way to our home with a beautiful loaner car. They took our new baby the two hours back to the dealership, looked her over, repaired the sensor, updated the software, and installed the tires just like planned. To top it off, they returned our car to us — which saved us from having to take another day off to make another drive.
I am so excited to have our baby back, and even more excited that we found a dealership we truly trust. Buying used can be stressful because you never really know what you’re getting — but Ed Koehn Ford stands by their vehicles and their service.
We couldn’t recommend them more. ?? We’ll definitely be back in the Ed Kohen Ford market again soon, especially since we have a new driver starting training!”
