“Purchased a snow blower from another vendor in early December. Two snow falls later, and the belt had snapped. Went to CJs Ace for a replacement belt. I knew the snow blower I purchased in December would be lucky to make it through this winter since it was a smaller model and there were signs that they had sold me a blower someone else had already returned.I decided to purchase a larger EGO blower from CJ's Ace Hardware and to return the one I purchased from the competitor.CJ's had what I needed which was nice. But not why they are getting a 5 star.They earned the 5 stars because they assembled and delivered my new snow blower by noon that day. I should note we had just had a snow storm the previous evening.They truly went above and beyond.”

“Second time in here. While paying for my purchase I asked for the restroom and was told to go to the Meat Market next door.I thought the store layout and product selection was good. Sending customers elsewhere for a restroom with “don’t tell them we sent you” was pretty tacky.”
