“The renovation certainly has crank up the looks of this place quite a bit much more modern on the outside much cleaner on the inside with a minimalistic approach that is very common in all grocery stores today. They do have some unique one-offs such as their signature sauces the Caribbean jerk sauce holy crap the best ever and they have several others that I keep fully stocked on my shelves at all times whether it's for home for parties for barbecues for just making myself fatter those sauces are amazing and I always get them from there buying in bulk is always cheaper however I do recommend shopping around if you have a Sam's club BJ's or Costco membership sometimes Gordon is less sometimes they are more The quality of their stuff tends to be top-notch most of the time with a few minor drop offs that I've experienced over the years it is those little that prevent it from getting five stars”

“Finally went to this grocery store for the first time. It was cute but I did go later in the day so a lot of the sushi that I originally wanted to check out and purchase, was gone with bare shelves. There also wasn't many staff members around besides behind the deli counter, which is completely understandable due to the amount of meats they had. I would definitely come to this place again and purchase some goodies.”
“When in Lincoln Park, I stop here to have tacos, burritos, or a Plato. The food never disappoints and you can’t beat the price. Staff are friendly and make you feel like you’re in their home. I love this hidden gem.”

“I live in the neighborhood and have been going to this store for years. They always have what I need. The new owner is friendly and making efforts to bring new things into the store. Pizza, hot food section, and rotisserie chicken! I always buy more than I come for!”
“They have a rewards program, which is nice and senior discount on Thursday. I always check the back display to the right of the meat counter, best turkey burgers ever, I always buy them all when I go and use them not only for burgers, but for taco meat, etc. Any recipe you would use ground beef or turkey in, just a great flavor and the price is reasonable. They sometimes have uncooked items like stuffed chicken breasts, steak pinwheels, steak bites. I make sure to check it out when I stop in, try something different, everything has been good so far. Good produce, pizza prep items to make from scratch or grab a take and bake and add additional toppings, or not.? You can buy fresh coffee beans, all different flavors, snacks, sweets, pastries, fresh flowers, nice selection of beer and wine, mini grocery store, but with some special items. The staff is always nice and helpful.”
“Usually my go to spot to get a lot of my groceries they have a lot of great items you can’t get anywhere else. Sometimes the produce can be off depending on which day you go. Prices have went way up here as other places have too. Check out is usually quick depending on how busy and the staff is very helpful and nice.”
“Glad this location is still around, use to go to the ones in Dearborn and Wyandotte but they are closed, you can find thing here that Kroger's, Meijer's and Walmart don't sell”

“10/10/22 - This has got to be one of the top tier liquor/party stores in southeast Michigan. The inside is very clean and stocked to the ceiling, as if it were a tourist trap! ? With more than twelve different flavors of Faygo alone I was hooked!There are no public restooms, and the staff keeps it clean inside & out. If only I lived closer I would be a regular customer.”

“Use those Kroger points and you can save on the gas prices that keep going up. Just be sure you have points to use because without using points Kroger gas is usually 5 cents higher than other gas stations around. This location has a few friendly attendants but there is also a few that should not be working with the public. This location is clean, well lit and generally busy and has plenty of pumps.”

“Not from that area....not too bad...produce needs 'work', most of it was wilted and almost expired...they had most stuff the demographics (culture) of that neighborhood demanded..plenty of alcohol choices, meat looked good too”
“I wish more people would shop here. I’ve been shopping here for 30 years. Excellent meat. If you like boxed hamburgers to take to the lake or camping, Try them from here. They taste like steak and barely shrink. Everyone’s always friendly.”
