“This place is so clean and nice! It has super easy access, indoor and outdoor. Dollys to help move your stuff and again its so clean. Moving this time has been one issue after another so I thought finding the right storage space would also be a hassle. I was so wrong! Customer service was outstanding!
Andy got me in and out within 20 minutes! So nice and down to earth, walked me through to the storage unit and went over all the information clearly and quickly. Im so glad I went here first. Thank you Andy! Your awesome!
UPDATE: Its is now December 2025, Ashley just made my day ! Wonderful easy customer service and she saved me alot of worry. Changed my unit to a more appropriate size for my current needs and got everything switched in less then 10 minutes. I have always had a great experience here. The ppl are wonderful, the facility is clean, safe, and easy to access. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Ashley!!!”

“We just finished up with the Suarez Crew as they helped us with a relocation move this past week! Roger and his crew worked endlessly to see this through and were exceedingly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. They worked very hard with long hot days yet still stayed efficient! My family and I enjoyed and were appreciative of how cool they all also were to be around which truly turned a stressful week around into a more positive experience. This move was big and we had A lot of stuff to move, but these guys did it! They treated us and our daughter, all of our belongings, as well as both homes, with the utmost respect and care the entire time. We would highly recommend this crew to anyone needing moving services in the future! They packed all of our items, furniture, etc thoroughly and with care as it were their own. They also helped guide me on the next steps and tips through out my long unpacking process which is most helpful before leaving us to it! “The customer service was nice over the phone. Property looked good. Went to the Trenton location. Wanted a 10x20 and they gave me two 10x10s. Didn’t warn me about needing two locks. Also no one on property to get locks from.
