“I’m shocked by the 2.7 rating! The staff at this location are all very friendly and always helpful. I visit this location multiple times weekly. I actually bypass the post office for my home address and drive here because it is so much more pleasant. You guys are doing a great job!!”

“Easily the best post office I have ever been to (and I used to ship products for a living). The only post office where the employees don't seem to hate their jobs. Don't ever change a thing.”

“Thought it was important to counter some of the negative reviews from years ago. My experience was rather pleasant, as was the friendly worker behind the counter. She helped me get a couple of packages set for mailing and informed me that the overseas package I was sending needed a customs form filled out online ahead of time. I was unaware of this but thankfully she did it for me as a courtesy. Very happy with my visit. Keep up the good work, Tina!”

“The United States Postal service in St. Clair shores, MI. is Awesome. The staff are very friendly with excellent customer service skills. In addition, I am so happy that they stay open longer than other post offices... and I love that they have a small selection of cards (thank you, birthday cards, etc.). Thank you all for being fantastic! ?✨️”

“Just gave this post office a visit and the woman that helped me was awesome. She had really great customer service skills and did not mind helping me by giving me details on sending priority mail and explaining to me my best options for mailing out a package. I was a little skeptical because of the reviews but my experience was great.”
