“I ship alot of golf clubs thru out the year always used fed ex in roseville by accident I needed to ship a golf club I was getting a haircut across the street and the barber suggested I go across the street to ship I was skeptical at first best thing I ever did haven't use fed ex since I would say Helen is the gold standard for shipping don't hesitate to use her services”

“I consider this one of the smaller UPS Store locations I’ve visited, and it’s honestly one of my favorites. The team members are always extremely polite and professional. No matter how busy the store gets, I’ve never seen them lose their composure. They remain calm, courteous, and take care of each customer one by one without making anyone feel rushed.
It’s refreshing to see people truly enjoy their visit, handle their business, and leave without frustration. This store is a perfect example of excellent customer service.
I come into this location anywhere from three to five times a week. As a mobile loan signing agent, I frequently ship documents to title companies and lenders and often require different services. I’ve been helped every single time without issue, and that consistency means a lot to me. Highly recommended.”
