“I consider this one of the smaller UPS Store locations I’ve visited, and it’s honestly one of my favorites. The team members are always extremely polite and professional. No matter how busy the store gets, I’ve never seen them lose their composure. They remain calm, courteous, and take care of each customer one by one without making anyone feel rushed. It’s refreshing to see people truly enjoy their visit, handle their business, and leave without frustration. This store is a perfect example of excellent customer service. I come into this location anywhere from three to five times a week. As a mobile loan signing agent, I frequently ship documents to title companies and lenders and often require different services. I’ve been helped every single time without issue, and that consistency means a lot to me. Highly recommended.”

“Norma is the best employee. When I tell you I had the most gruesome past two days and to follow up with today where every small task turned into a hellish side quest. Norma, this amazing lady, helped me through a predicament of mine today. This is less of a review of the store and more about the compassion this lady brought into my day and changed everything for me. Thank you so much for the best customer service I have ever received and I hope you're running that store if you're not already.”

“I don't know why all the very negative reviews. My large box with sanding machine was delivered in 3 days from Detroit to Atlanta...I was told when it would be delivered and given an appointment, which was kept! 5 star experience. Oh...and if you ordered something from a liquidator and recieved a deep discount, expect beat up and open boxes....that's how it is. Normal!”
