“Today was my first time in Chester Boot Shop and I was surprised at the great selection of boots. There were many in my size (small), and many choices of American made boots at prices below other stores. Zach patiently helped me try on many pairs until I finally determined which one fit me best. Zach was very knowledgeable about the boots and companies behind them. Chester also cleans and oils boots purchased there for free and offers sole replacement and has many accessories to keep shoes and boots in good condition. I strongly recommend Chester Boot Shop to everyone.”

I got the one that was second choice looking at it, but feels softer than the other one, that's something you can't do online. While there, I found a few other things, too. And don't forget to look up their coupons, they save you money.”

“Has been here since the early 70's and has become a staple in the neighborhoods.It has a variety of different stores from Kroger to Harbor Freight to Advanced Auto Parts to Dunham's Sporting Goods.Plenty of parking, handicap parking. No public restrooms unless you are in Kroger, Durham's or Harbor Freight.Most stores/restaurants accept cash, credit cards, debit cards.If interested in a particular store and it's products it's best to call for hours of operations and products availability”
“Real class acts these guys. Know how to treat thier customers from start to finish. Only ever had one issue I bought a shirt from there it was supposed to be a 3X and when I got home it fit like a Xtra medium. To no prevail the guys took great care of me so I recommended them to a few associates of mine.”

“Bought my son’s first pair of shoes today. He has extra wide feet, and we have trouble finding shoes designed to fit his foot. John does a very thorough job measuring the length, width, and height of his feet. He was great with my little guy, even gave him a little toy to bring home. Very cute store, will definitely be back, and will be telling all my friends about this hidden gem!”
