“The inside of the store is well kept and really nice. Staff seemed friendly. A warning to the neurodivergent folk who visit though. The sound the front door made when I opened it was so unpleasant that I almost audibly gagged right there in the entryway. And I am severely hearing impaired. That was a sensory nightmare. I understand that is something that the employees don't exactly have control over though.”

“Stopped at Harbor Freight and got what I was looking for! As a whole the Hoover 11 Shopping Center has a decent selection of retail stores. They could do a better job keeping the entire place a bit cleaner. That can be said about a lot of shopping centers though. It was not busy at all when I last visited. If you need something from one of the retail stores there definitely stop by. You should be able to find what you are looking for.”

Now day you don't find customer service as good as she is.
My advice to you is to ask for Ms. Mae she'll get up together.”
“John and Nick took great care of me. I have typ2 and major foot issues. These guys helped me and tried multiple combinations to get me setup. The service and price point is unmatched. The owner John has many brands to choose from. He is very knowledgeable and experienced with industrial shoes and boots. I bought boots and shoes. I also bought inserts and diabetic socks. If you need boots or work shoes try these guys you will not be disappointed at all.”

“I havent bought a pair of sneakers in years. Certainly due for some new ones. Walked in, took a seat and waited my turn. They give EVERY customer their personal attention. I explained my medical issues and other things. They knew just what would be best. Fitted me, and the time of day I went, my feet were at near full swell, and when the shoes he (manager) picked, trumpets played, balloons floated away, my feet felt relief. He then took the shoes in the back. He sewed one side of the tongue to the side so it doesnt tuck down in when I put them on because of my trouble reaching down to put on shoes. And he put elastic laces in to make it that much easier for me to wear them. Before I never was able to even tie my shoes, they just went untied and stayed open. They are FABULOUS!”
