They went above and beyond re-sole and gave the leather upper a spa day. They are over two years old and look almost new.”

“The inside of the store is well kept and really nice. Staff seemed friendly. A warning to the neurodivergent folk who visit though. The sound the front door made when I opened it was so unpleasant that I almost audibly gagged right there in the entryway. And I am severely hearing impaired. That was a sensory nightmare. I understand that is something that the employees don't exactly have control over though.”

“I visited Tecovas today to buy a pair of boots I had been eyeing. Rory helped me and was so friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and just plain nice that I ended up buying two pairs. Rory offered to let me leave my bags until I was done having lunch. When I got back Rory had hand written me a note of personal recommendations for an area I was soon moving to up north since I am from another state and taped it to my packages. I have never had a salesperson do something like this before. To Rory’s manager and Tecovas as a whole, Rory is a priceless asset who represents your business so well that I will only shop with him in the future. He deserves a raise, bonus, and company-wide recognition for his customer service skills. Do yourself a favor and go see Rory if you’re thinking of getting a pair of these AMAZING boots. Oh yeah, the boots are absolutely stunning, comfortable, and I’m a Tecovas fan for life now. Thank you Rory!”
“John and Nick took great care of me. I have typ2 and major foot issues. These guys helped me and tried multiple combinations to get me setup. The service and price point is unmatched. The owner John has many brands to choose from. He is very knowledgeable and experienced with industrial shoes and boots. I bought boots and shoes. I also bought inserts and diabetic socks. If you need boots or work shoes try these guys you will not be disappointed at all.”

Now day you don't find customer service as good as she is.

“Stopped at Harbor Freight and got what I was looking for! As a whole the Hoover 11 Shopping Center has a decent selection of retail stores. They could do a better job keeping the entire place a bit cleaner. That can be said about a lot of shopping centers though. It was not busy at all when I last visited. If you need something from one of the retail stores there definitely stop by. You should be able to find what you are looking for.”

He figured out the issue. Jae apologized for the wait. Got me checked out and sent me on the way. 10/10 service. Store was clean.”

“I came in yesterday because I’ve been looking for a baseball jersey for my uncle and me and my mom had a great experience with DJ! He was so polite and helpful 😊 The jersey was originally $175 but with the 40% off the gift cards I had and the 15% off that DJ let us know about after we signed up with a Nike account online the jersey came out to be only $44!

“I stopped in today for some fuel options while on my run. The power was out but the young lady and the gentleman working were still awesome. Both highly knowledgeable and had awesome energy. Although they do not carry liquid GU, the lady did recommend another great option. I didn’t catch their names, wish I did, but per usual, great service.”
