The Jeep Patriot is one of several cars I bring to Fraser Automotive as soon as the manufacturer warranty runs out. Their work has always been hones and fast. Prices are reasonable and much less than most dealerships. I will continue coming here as long as I am driving.”

“Yesterday my truck wouldn’t start, and after some friends got it going, I knew the starter needed to be replaced. I first called another shop, but they didn’t really seem to care—they just told me to “bring it in whenever and we’ll get to it when we can.”
When I called Pointe Auto Tech, Mike answered and immediately treated my situation like it mattered. He told me to bring the truck straight in and not shut it off, making sure I’d get there without getting stranded. He really cared about helping me, and it showed.
Even better, they had the starter replaced and my truck back to me in less than 24 hours. That’s incredible, especially since I don’t have another vehicle to fall back on. Mike truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I can’t thank him enough.
The price point was amazing too! Looking around and his prices are lower for sure! So excellent customer service and great prices!

“When I TELL YOU THIS IS BEST TIRE SHOP IN DETROIT ITS THE BEST ! The Owner hoods is very professional and polite, him and his crew are very fast, clear , and very alert. My experience was awesome ! Truck is a little to big for their lift and he told me that right away but he still sat on the phone and offered some helpful knowledge just to help me make sure what the issue is .. so many companies if they don't get ur business just want to hang up and get on with the next one but he was actually helpful and willing to talk with me even though he knew my truck was just a little to big for what I need him to do !!! “In my family, there are four drivers, and three cars. All three of my vehicles are on the road every day, without fail. So needless to say, when I found a screw in my tire, I needed a repair to be done as quickly as possible.
I called Heritage Tire In Windsor, and they were gracious enough to slot me in before the end of the day. I cannot speak highly enough for the office staff and the repair crew! They patched up my tire within 20 minutes, I was not even finished drinking my complementary coffee in the waiting room. The competitive prices and outstanding service make this spot a must for all your tire needs! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to replace tires or get servicing done on existing tires.

“Great customer service, great service, great atmosphere and great people. I have been to this place maybe three times and every time that I have been here, it has been an awesome experience. This last time I needed a wheel for my jeep I think his name is Junior. He made it possible. He ordered the part. They called me the next day I went to get his serviced and it was for a wheel and it only took them under 10 minutes to put it on from the time I got there gave them my key and he came and said I was done. I highly recommend this place for your rims your tires your wheels I mean just call him find out what they do and I guarantee you will not be disappointed in the service or the products. “Let me tell you about this place ? ❤️???‼️ I've been going here for years, for different cars. If I caught a nail-they plugged it, if my tires are too bad they got used nice treaded cheap tires.. Today I went in there with my 22' black Dodge Durango on my way home from work-I caught a nail. I got to the tire shop right before they closed-5:50p and they served me right away little after business hours.. Allstate Tire has exceptional service ???? Fast+Friendly people-in and out!!! “I've been taking our cars here for a couple of years now. Bill and Steve are trustworthy and will give you an honest assessment of the work your vehicle needs and will charge a reasonable price to complete the repair. My vehicle had an issue that the dealership would've charged several hundred dollars more to repair. Steve called me after they diagnosed the problem and gave me a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and the costs before proceeding.

“Amazing amazing amazing service! Brought my 2024 Civic here for a 4 wheel alignment and they did an amazing job with making sure that the alignment is done as close to original as possible.
I first was confused that I got 2 measurement sheets of before and after. I didn't know which one to believe. So I called to get a clarification and they were very courteous in explaining that they did it twice to correct it even more. For some reason, them doing it twice didn't cross my mind but I really respect them for that. That shows they're going the extra mile to do a fantastic job which ultimately takes better care of the customer.
Unlike other mechanics who'd only do it once and not care, and say that's the best they can do, when in reality, they're just lazy. That's what happened to me by some other shop.
The service guys here are very patient and go above and beyond when doing alignments and they definitely are patient and courteous to their customers!
To anyone getting a wheel alignment, I strongly recommend Fountain Tire!”
