“Have been coming here for 15 years now still bringing all my cars, my friend's cars, and etc. I highly recommend. Never been sold a new or used tire for any vehicle that lost any air. Always properly balanced and inflated. And now they have an alignment machine which is a huge plus now you don't have to go somewhere after tire to get the alignment. Another plus to coming here is always prompt service.”

“My check engine light came on yesterday. I am driving to the UP tomorrow. I needed to get in fast to see what was going on. Mikey and his crew were phenomenal - they diagnosed quickly, did some necessary research on extended warranties, etc., and educated me on what my older engine would need. I can tell I'm in great hands, and so appreciate the honest, open approach! Highly recommend.”

“Yesterday my truck wouldn’t start, and after some friends got it going, I knew the starter needed to be replaced. I first called another shop, but they didn’t really seem to care—they just told me to “bring it in whenever and we’ll get to it when we can.” When I called Pointe Auto Tech, Mike answered and immediately treated my situation like it mattered. He told me to bring the truck straight in and not shut it off, making sure I’d get there without getting stranded. He really cared about helping me, and it showed. Even better, they had the starter replaced and my truck back to me in less than 24 hours. That’s incredible, especially since I don’t have another vehicle to fall back on. Mike truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I can’t thank him enough. The price point was amazing too! Looking around and his prices are lower for sure! So excellent customer service and great prices! Highly recommend Pointe Auto Tech—and especially Mike—if you want a shop that actually looks out for you, gets the job done right, and doesn’t try to overcharge you!”

“In my family, there are four drivers, and three cars. All three of my vehicles are on the road every day, without fail. So needless to say, when I found a screw in my tire, I needed a repair to be done as quickly as possible. I called Heritage Tire In Windsor, and they were gracious enough to slot me in before the end of the day. I cannot speak highly enough for the office staff and the repair crew! They patched up my tire within 20 minutes, I was not even finished drinking my complementary coffee in the waiting room. The competitive prices and outstanding service make this spot a must for all your tire needs! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to replace tires or get servicing done on existing tires. Thanks Heritage Tires…..You’re amazing!”

“My husband is there right now, replacing a tire from a blowout he had this morning at 4am. The staff are very friendly and respectful, they were very fast and the prices were very affordable which is something we were really worried about because our tire isn't a common one. The place is very clean which is something we also very much appreciate. Very convenient location, would recommend to anyone who needs a tire.”

“Surprise that I have never left a review for them! Have been coming to them for 10+ years. Always met with clear explanation of what’s going on with the car, what they explored, keeping me comfy in the lobby while they work, fair prices, and, most importantly, great work! Even other mechanics in my life have complimented their work. Although I am a west sider now, I towed my vehicle to them because they’re worth it. Towed my grandmothers car from down river MI to them because we trust their work. Thanks Harper Auto team!”

“I brought in a nice Ford Edge for a Pre purchase inspection that I was thinking about buying from a nearby dealership. The outside and interior looked great for a 12 year old car. They provided video of major problems with the AWD that needed to be totally redone. Would have cost over $6000 to repair if I bought the vehicle. They saved me from buying the wrong vehicle.”

“I have gotten tires at Firestone/Kipping Tires for years. Every time I have gotten quotes elsewhere, I always come back because the pricing is always in line or better at Kipping, but more so because the service is always awesome. It doesn't matter if it is a minor repair or getting a new full set of tires, the service is always great and fast. Marc is excellent and gets things taken care of. I highly recommend.”

“My family cars include a 2008 Wrangler and 2021 Yukon. I don't trust anyone else to work on the vehicles. From oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, and new tires - Mike is the best! Mike even reupholstered a worm out seat in the Wrangler. An easy 5 star”

“Amazing amazing amazing service! Brought my 2024 Civic here for a 4 wheel alignment and they did an amazing job with making sure that the alignment is done as close to original as possible. I first was confused that I got 2 measurement sheets of before and after. I didn't know which one to believe. So I called to get a clarification and they were very courteous in explaining that they did it twice to correct it even more. For some reason, them doing it twice didn't cross my mind but I really respect them for that. That shows they're going the extra mile to do a fantastic job which ultimately takes better care of the customer. Unlike other mechanics who'd only do it once and not care, and say that's the best they can do, when in reality, they're just lazy. That's what happened to me by some other shop. The service guys here are very patient and go above and beyond when doing alignments and they definitely are patient and courteous to their customers! To anyone getting a wheel alignment, I strongly recommend Fountain Tire!”
