“I never knew there was such a thing as drive-thru Tire service... Allstate Tire is the bomb! I pulled in off 9 Mile road, the guys immediately grabbed the two wheels out of the back of my pickup, changed the valve stems, air them up, and put them back in my truck. A young lady then came out of the office with a remote debit card reader and asked me for $20. It was such a pleasant and painless experience I had her make it $25. I pulled right on through out the back of the building and on my way and never got out of my truck once!7 minutes!You can't beat this place!”

“I came in for front brakes and rotors. I also had an engine light on that another mechanic told me the code was reading that I needed a new catalytic converter. The catalytic converter repair at minimum would have been $1,500. I also asked Mike to check my AC and recharge it if need be. He told me the cost to have my AC recharged. He kept in contact as he went through each repair. He informed me that the code for the engine was a recall with Chevy and that I needed to take it to the dealership, and also told me that my AC was fine and that I did not need to have it recharged. I appreciate the honesty as a woman taking a car into a mechanic shop by myself. He was honest, respectful, timely, and very professional!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone. “I had a trip upcoming and discovered that my two front tires were toast and had uneven wear. It was an EV tire and the stock is sometimes difficult for these tires however Aaron was able to overnight them down from the London store (a good reason to use a store that has a big footprint) and I was able to get in next day to swap and redo the alignment. The tech even came to get me to show me what I already knew regarding the uneven wear. They had me on my way in no time with up front all in pricing. I have my new tire shop for sure!”
