He told me come in Saturday at 9am no appointment needed and he did excellent work.

“First impressions mean everything to me, and my first experience at Skips was great. I’m not sure if I spoke with the owner or manager, but both employees were very nice and greeted me warmly. I explained that I had just bought a cash car and wasn’t feeling too confident about it because my heater had stopped working.
Instead of brushing me off or guessing, he told me to just keep a positive mindset and bring the car in so he could personally check it out. I appreciated that he didn’t try to take advantage of me or make me feel like just another number. The vibe I got was genuine—like he actually cared about making sure I was taken care of.
I wasn’t able to come back the next day, but I will definitely be back to have them check out and service my car. They seemed very knowledgeable, and most importantly, they were kind and sweet. I really look forward to working with them.”

“I took my car to the dealership. I was told I needed things repaired that didn’t needed to be repaired. I went online and search several places. Square Deal Auto Repair came up. I spoke with Chris and a few other places. Anyways, Square Deal did a great job. The price was waaaay less than what the dealership was charging. I would recommend this place. Great customer service and got the job done for a reasonable price and was fast to get my car back to me.”

“First thing, I want to thank, JR, Rich and the entire team of skilled professionals at ARROW truck.
I took my truck for a simple RE- PHASING of one yoke in the driveline, because of a vibration.
The problem, turns was not as simple as I thought. The team of professionals, showed me every legitimate causes of the vibration.
First of, this is a MACK drive train, and parts are not easy to get. Darrel got the Mack part before 10:30 am next day, unlike the dealer.
Before noon next day, the truck was finished.
Quality control by JR and 2 team members was thoroughly went over for more than an hour.
Nobody in the truck service business does quality control. This was a first FOR ME.

“We moved to Detroit from the suburbs a couple years ago and were concerned that we would be able to find a good repair shop. When our minivan starting spewing oil we were very concerned that a major repair was coming. We took it to Zach. He had it looked at the same day. They quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the OEM part from the manufacturer and had the van repaired with a couple hours of the part coming in. The charges for parts and labor was very reasonable. We were very happy with the service we received.”
