“Yesterday my truck wouldn’t start, and after some friends got it going, I knew the starter needed to be replaced. I first called another shop, but they didn’t really seem to care—they just told me to “bring it in whenever and we’ll get to it when we can.”
When I called Pointe Auto Tech, Mike answered and immediately treated my situation like it mattered. He told me to bring the truck straight in and not shut it off, making sure I’d get there without getting stranded. He really cared about helping me, and it showed.
Even better, they had the starter replaced and my truck back to me in less than 24 hours. That’s incredible, especially since I don’t have another vehicle to fall back on. Mike truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I can’t thank him enough.
The price point was amazing too! Looking around and his prices are lower for sure! So excellent customer service and great prices!

“Late at night, my car broke down on the side of the road and I found myself in need of a tow -- never a good circumstance. I called this company and I’m glad someone answered right away and informed me exactly when help would arrive. The driver arrived on time and did the Car Towing procedure with care, making sure my vehicle was safely secured before leaving. I had to move the car to another city the next day and they helped arrange Long-Distance Hauling without making it complex. Everything was easy, and no hidden fees at the end. I loved that the driver even followed up with me throughout the ride to confirm drop-off arrangements. It is rare that you get a service that is good with communication and efficient. Overall it took a stressful break down and made it manageable. If I needed towing or hauling services in the future I would absolutely hire them again.”

“Yesterday was a terrifying experience. My car rapidly overheated with no known cause and no warning causing me to panic, pull over and try to assess. I injured myself trying to check under the hood. I made the decision to call Myers towing for help. The woman who answered was amazing! She kept me calm, walked me through the process, got my information and asked if i was ok. She was so kind and so thorough. She sent a tow truck to me in 15 minutes. The driver immediately got me into his truck and gave me aloe wipes for my burnt arm ( hot coolant hurts!) And my car was on its way to a shop in minutes. It was a full service operation and was so affordable. I can't thank this company enough. I would recommend this company to anyone. One of the worst days ever and was made so much better by this experience. Thank you so much!!”

They only allowed 1 person at a time to go in the yard but she must have seen my face because when I told my brother-in-law when he arrived, she allowed both of us to go in.
