“First off, I’d like to say that this location has always been the most kind bunch of people ever and I’d appreciate all of them so much.
I ended up buying a new car last year and this was my second oil change. I couldn’t get a chance to get it to the dealership for their services and I didn’t want to wait a day for it to get done or however long it was for me. I ended up going to Uncle Ed’s for my oil change. Automatically, I was greeted and pulled in immediately to get everything started.
Terrance(the manager) was so chill and so nice and we had good conversation and laid everything out and how much it’ll be. There was a deal for a oil cleaner and a gas cleanser going on and I automatically said yes(new car, had fuel injectors cleaned on this thing once before..never want it to happen again.) so I figured I’d do it. Destiny, the other tech is so sweet and she and Terrance did everything for me.
I needed my cabin air filter and my normal air filter replaced. I thought my car was gonna be an easy “pop out glove compartment, maybe a few screws” situation but NOPE. They basically had to pull everything apart to get to it. Mind you, it’s hot af outside and everyone’s sweating and it’s a god awful humid day out, both of them fought with everything for a good minute to get everything to access my cabin air filter. I kept apologizing because I didn’t realize how much work it truly was, and they were so understanding and kept telling me it’s okay.
Destiny and Terrance, if you see this you have no idea how much I appreciate you guys. Thank you for being so sweet and understanding towards me, and thank you Destiny for fixing me back up again. You guys were struggling and you kept fighting. The dealership I went to was a little bit cheaper in the oil change price, but they lost my business. I will be coming here from now on to get everything they can do done. They’re honest and wonderful individuals, and I will gladly pay a little bit more because of what they did for me today.”
“If you’re looking for an honest shop, DLH is it. Matt and his team are amazing. They won’t sell you stuff you don’t need, they don’t speak down to you because you’re a woman and will gladly answer any and all questions you have as thoroughly as possible. Matt will even take you to your car and physically show you as he’s explaining so that you understand (and learn). Matt and his team are knowledgeable, compassionate and honestly just great people all around who genuinely care. I can’t recommend them enough.”

“Yesterday my truck wouldn’t start, and after some friends got it going, I knew the starter needed to be replaced. I first called another shop, but they didn’t really seem to care—they just told me to “bring it in whenever and we’ll get to it when we can.”
When I called Pointe Auto Tech, Mike answered and immediately treated my situation like it mattered. He told me to bring the truck straight in and not shut it off, making sure I’d get there without getting stranded. He really cared about helping me, and it showed.
Even better, they had the starter replaced and my truck back to me in less than 24 hours. That’s incredible, especially since I don’t have another vehicle to fall back on. Mike truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I can’t thank him enough.
The price point was amazing too! Looking around and his prices are lower for sure! So excellent customer service and great prices!

“Satisfied with the results of all services provided to my car.
From April 2023 - Collision body shop department - they restored my car to perfection I can never tell it had collision damages. And also their repair department, they did great job. I dont mind if it took quite a bit of time to finish, what mattered was the beautiful outcome, Like brand new
There was just 1 minor tweak that i needed to go back after couple of days- the tire pressure sensor didn’t come off. .
Aug 2025- heard rattling noise from left driver side, and it was CV axle gone bad, wear and tear . Came in the morning, done by just before evening. No more rattling noise.
To November 2025- went back , car heater not properly working.(Cant take the cold anymore)- it was a clogged heater core, they did some flushing and it seemed to take care the issue, they advised to maybe take car back again in couple of months if heater should have issues again. They’re good at recommending what’s the next thing that needs to be done to maintain my car.
They seem to be honest with me about the estimates, diagnostics and the cost of the repairs.
I’ll surely be there again in few more weeks for my tires and brakes services. Thanks to Paul and his team.”
