“I'm a local & was looking for a place to get my flex pipe fixed. Out of all the places they seemed to be the best option. So I went here and besides them doing a wonderful job fixing the flex pipe. There was a lady that walked in from outside waiting for the bus and asked if she could sit in there because she was cold. With no hesitation, he said yeah that's fine. That alone, is what good people do. I highly recommend them. Also the waiting area is clean and warm and on the nicer side of shop waiting areas.”
“Just got off the phone with these guys and super helpful and nice !!! Truck is a little to big for their lift and he told me that right away but he still sat on the phone and offered some helpful knowledge just to help me make sure what the issue is .. so many companies if they don't get ur business just want to hang up and get on with the next one but he was actually helpful and willing to talk with me even though he knew my truck was just a little to big for what I need him to do !!! Thanks will call next time for other repairs if need be”

“Went in to get an alignment, the guys told me I needed some repairs first, they charged me nothing to diagnose my problem... I went and got the repairs done on my own then brought it back for the alignment. They went over everything step by step and my cars driving so much better. Would recommend slims to anyone.”

“After a trip to one of our local Porsche dealerships for service I was surprised at just how little service I would get for how much they wanted me to pay. They told me a story that just didn't make sense.
John & Holger has done work for me on my Mercedes vehicles before, and I took my Porsche to them to see if they could do the work for me. They quoted me a very reasonable price for the work that needed done.
Anywho...they are now my go-to mechanics for all things German.”

“I've been going here for every oil change I've needed since I moved into the neighborhood 5 years ago.
It's fairly priced, always quick and super convenient and the dudes there are incredibly nice!
They always fill up my tires and windshield wiper fluid, check all brake lights and turn signals, AND they have never tried to sell me things I don't need, which has been an issue at other oil places as I'm just a girl who knows nothing about cars ?
I highly recommend this place to all of my people.”

“This place doesn't advertise and it's set back off the main road so it's like you have to know someone to get your car in. Jim is a superior mechanic from the old school and the most honest man in the trade I have ever met. He's pretty much a one man army so if you are in a hurry this probably isn't your guy. But if you can afford to wait until he has a bay open you won't find anyone more dedicated to fixing your vehicle for the fairest price. I have been able to avoid expensive car payments and instead have been driving used cars with 100,000+ miles that preform well my whole life because of Jim's ability and commitment.”
“I went to Champs Auto repair in eastpointe after going to another shop to check my car and they wanted to get over on me for $3,000 on unnecessary repairs. Went to Champs and they checked out my car turned out all I needed was a tune-up, they were good on price and got my car running like new again, from now on my car will only go to champs!!!!
