They told me I would need a new phone because it was too damaged to be repaired. But thankfully I came here to get a second opinion. I got my phone fixed with 2 hours for $180 dollars. Thank you”

“I came to this store for my grandmother. Was looking for phone for her to have because she lives by herself. Some lady named Sofia helped us look for a phone that my grandmother could actually operate. To my surprise my grandmother wanted a smart phone and we found a smaller one that she would be able to hold and work. The sales lady actually helped us get it all set up for her with phone numbers and everything and even gave her a quick rundown on how to operate the phone. Definitely pleased with this place and will be back.”

“I went into Metro PCS today because I was having issues with my homepage picture and wasn't seeing my time and percentage of my phone. Ray took care of it in 5 seconds. My other issue was my data was only 15% for my pictures and 100 % came with my plan but I had no idea that it did and Ray took care of that as well. If you need anything done to your phone please come see Ray, he is sooooooo attentive to his customers and knows his stuff”

“I originally had a phone scheduled to be delivered by AT&T to my home. The delivery person was so unprofessional. She tried to get me to meet her at a gas station instead of my actual listed delivery address. She drove off with my order and canceled it on me.I proceeded to the AT&T store and was in and out with a new phone in less than 10 minutes. The guy who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and quick as hell with the phone situation. If I knew my day would’ve ended up there, I would’ve just went to the store in the first place!”
