“We've been bringing our dogs here for years, everyone from the front desk team to all the vets and techs are wonderful! Compassionate, kind, friendly. Appointments almost always run on time (which is amazing for a vet clinic where there are so many variables and surprises in a day!). They're upfront about pricing, and I've never felt pressured to spend more than is necessary to care properly for our pets. We've always been so happy with Center Line Vets, but since having to say goodnight to one of our dogs so suddenly here and the support and care shown by everyone there, we could never dream of taking our pets anywhere else”

“My first visit at Moore Vet. Dr. Burcham was genuinely engaged in making sure my cat was recovering as expected after his recent stay at another hospital. She was gentle, explained everything she was doing, educated me about his new diet needs and was so kind. She made sure all my questions were answered. I really liked her and my cat did too. Vet tech, Gina was helpful and reassuring, and the support staff was attentive. Wonderful experience!”
“Very caring good doctors (vets).
The only drawback, is it takes forever to get an appointment.
But other then that zoey, and I really like this vet office.”

“The Dr's always do a great job with my dog. I just wish the front desk staff was friendly. I'll go in there, and there is no hello and no eye contact...until they are ready to talk to me. I feel unwelcome. The techs and Dr's are always amazing!”

2/12/26 Update: Took one of our cats in and met with Dr. Pilsbury. I will absolutely be asking for Dr. Pilsbury every time we come in!!! Always explains everything as well as letting you know the causes etc, which I personally appreciate! They are also willing to provide estimates prior to services rendered, which is noce. Office is always clean and smells good!!!”
“Such a caring and kind vet office! From the ladies at the front desk, the vet techs, and Doctors.
My dog had an urgent matter, and they did their absolute best to fit us in as soon as possible. Bonus that we can call when we get in the parking lot and go straight into a room, as my dog is very reactive to other animals (and people?) vet tech Bree was so kind and really listened to what was going on. Dr. Hildebrand was so caring as well! She took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns and made an entire treatment plan for my dogs needs so we could be prepared for procedures and costs.
The ladies at the front desk answered all of my questions and made sure to explain everything to me. They are so sweet, and funny!
I definitely recommend bringing your pets here to get great care!?”
“Due to construction I was late to an appointment to which they still chose to see my kitten and make sure she was good and healthy. Staff was extremely kind and supportive along with caring which is what’s most important”

“Staff is always very friendly and personable, appointments are always very comprehensive, staff is honest about what costs are and aren't necessary but give their honest suggestions for what services to opt for. My pets aren't really stressed by the time we leave, and they get treats for behaving well! Definitely my preferred clinic between the two veterinary clinics I take my pets to, despite being further away for me. I also appreciate that they care for reptiles, as not many clinics locally will take reptiles.”

Not a new and fancy building, so if that is what you are looking for, you might be disappointed, but Dr. Herzog is a local treasure and will take awesome care of your pet. Also, their fees are very reasonable considering how expensive some vet care can be. Not looking forward to finding another practice when he eventually retires.”

“Fantastic experience. My dog was displaying an odd range of symptoms. Even though they are no longer an emergency hospital, they were able to fit her in on Mother's Day. The facility was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It really couldn't have been better.”
“Doctor ioan is the very best doctor. He is trustworthy, caring, honest, knowledgeable. He truly is in this to help animals, and a true animal lover. I would trust doctor ioan to operate on me. He has been seeing my simba since he was 8 weeks old, he has helped my dog through cancer and a number of surgeries and emergencies. Thank you doctor for always seeing us, helping us, explaining things to us. He is never rushed, answered every question and gave honest opinions. They are reasonably priced too, and can normally get you in quick.”

“What an incredible organization. My dog had been diagnosed with pyometra, a fatal infection that requires surgery. I am low income, calling around and getting estimates for surgery and everywhere was saying anywhere from 1900-5500, at that point I’m devastated thinking I’m going to have to put my baby to sleep. Until I found all about animals, they are extremely helpful, compassionate, and caring of all our little furry babies. Not only were they able to schedule an emergency surgery and put her first on the list for surgeries on Monday morning, but the cost was also $420 out the door with the medications included. All about animals saved my baby, and saved me from a broken heart. I was able to pick my girl up the same day, and since she’s been home there has been no complications. I would highly recommend all about animals to anyone who’s furry baby needs any help with wellness, being neutered, or anything. Please take your babies somewhere where the workers actually enjoy their job and love the animals, and that place is all about animals. Thank you so much for everything.”
