“The rental pickup/return was FAST and EASY. However, the car, a Nissan Sentra, had terrible windshield wipers that made the drive dangerous in the dark, when it started raining, and I could hardly see the road. It was too late to do anything about it, we had almost reached our destination. This kind of basic item should be checked before you rent any car to any person. Will I get a partial refund? Probably not.”
