“Awesome store! The pizza is the best I have ever had anywhere! Their ice cream flavors are broad, and so far, I've tried 3, and they are all good. The store is always kept very clean and well stocked. Be sure to try the Sunday cinnamon rolls as they are better than the Cinnabon brand.”

“The cashiers are quite charming and always always, ALWAYS, very, very helpful and courteous! I was on literal "E" last night and they had JUST closed RIGHT as I pulled in!!! ? The lady attendant unlocked the store and let me grab some gas really quick! She was & angel, coz had it not been for her, I'd of had to sit in the parking lot all night until they opened back up the following morning! It was unreal! I couldn't believe she did that for me! Such a BIG help! The hours could be a little better. They close SO early! And also, the website and google info isn't up to date. It's like 5 years past-due being updated, actually. This is what the attendant told me! The website says they close at 11pm, so I figured I was ok to wait to get gas, but they actually close at 9pm. Ughhh ? It's aight, tho. She still helped me, so I'm cool with it! I love this store! Stop in!”
“Good people, decent prices, offers a little of everything with hot food available, beer cave, and good location.. The best thing about this place has become the tequila selection. No joke, they have the most variety of tequilas that I have seen anywhere, from cheap to way way out of my price range. Nobody else around here that I know of has this going on, check it out!”

“This store used to be called Arlene's by locals who knew the previous owner, including myself.
I'd walk here often still in a swimsuit from the lake all the time as a kid to grab any number of staples and unique goods alike.
Plenty of niche and interesting candy, toys and drinks were stocked for kids like us.
Arlene's water gun selection was impeccable, and Arlene was always greatly amused by and very nice to kids like us.
These days we're all grown, many have moved away in every which direction and neither Arlene nor her husband are with us any longer yet I hear the new owner has done quite well with the hallowed establishment.
If my busy military career ever permits sometime this century I'll try to return and see how well exactly the place is getting on, and how similar or different to decades gone by the building and inventory are.
Thanks for keeping this lovely and nostalgic party store going for newer generations in any case, New Management.
