I have to agree that they are more expensive than most but when they took extra time to secure my front hood that was damaged by a deer accident because..." I would not feel right having you drive off with the hood like this"....I became a customer for life right then and there. Not something they NEEDED to do and I did not expect them to do it. “Had a fixed flat tire I needed mounted back on vehicle. Another local place told me they would do it but then refused when I showed up, while pushing replacement of all tires. They reviewed the tire, had me in and out in less than 30 minutes, and barely charged me anything. So grateful for their timely help and willingness to be flexible to help someone get their car fixed.”

“I had an issue with my emissions evaporation system and Chris and Sean made sure I was thoroughly taken care of to get the issue resolved. I am so pleased with the service that I received from them. Although, on my last visit to get the issue looked at I had a less than positive experience with Missy - she didn't allow me to speak with the service tech (Chris) that I had been working with to resolve the issue and was not very kind when asked if I would be able to get a loaner if I had to leave my car. Luckily, the experience I had with Chris and Sean outshined that experience. I highly recommend them!”

“I am so relieved that the new owners of this shop seem to be continuing to provide the same great service. For years I brought all our cars here and was concerned when it was sold. However, I've stopped in twice now and both times received really great service from DEVON. The first time, I merely pulled in because I was concerned that the check engine light had come on. Devon used the gauge to get the diagnostic read-out. Then he checked several things. Saying he isn't a certified mechanic, he gave a guess as to the problem. 1) He didn't have to bother with any of this. He could have just sent me on my way. 2) His diagnosis was spot on! My mechanic confirmed it. My second time in was for an oil change - done efficiently, professionally, and with a smile. That last is MOST appreciated. Management: Please commend Devon!”
