Bought a gently used Galaxy S10 from Khalid he helped me buy placing a screen protector on my new phone as a new customer. The price is competitive, but the warranty helps most. Because that in itself helps me know that I can add my phone provider to this phone! Just bought a marketplace phone for $70 and it wasn’t supported by my service. Ughh! Come be a new customer.”

“Lucian is a TRUE breath of fresh air, amidst this lackluster , he was certain Boost, where a great guy was there then turned it over to a very bad guy, who wouldn't bad guy as far as customer service, It didn't take me long to switch over to Boost. Lucian truly stands out as a model example of customer service, he was very kind, always informs ppl of how things where things how things are going, and modest as well, then he informed me that he only wants him he only works there 2 days a month!! He's too humble of a guy to say more but it's the first time I've been there, so I can't compare him to others who work there and I don't him personally ,but I was happy to have accidentally come on one of his days , I want Lucian to get special recognition for how he treated me , another Spanish guy ,and and another older gentleman , I pay attention to detail...and I could go on - but I'll leave it there - outstanding !!! 5 stars all the way!!”

“I stopped into the AT&T store in Grosse Pointe Woods to switch my service from Verizon, and I have to say this was one of the best mobile provider experiences I’ve ever had. I first worked with Dalton, and then with Alec and Oz, and the entire team was outstanding from start to finish.
What really stood out to me was the realness of everyone there. No pressure, no upsell games, no confusing answers - just honest, straightforward people who genuinely want to help. It was easily one of the most simple, smooth, and transparent transactions I can remember when dealing with a phone carrier.
Usually, these kinds of experiences feel a bit… icky. You know the vibe—not quite “middle of the mall kiosk,” but most stores definitely have shades of that energy. This place was the complete antithesis of that. It felt clean, direct, and refreshingly human.
Without a doubt, I will recommend this location to anyone looking to switch or upgrade. Their ease of transaction, professionalism, and authentic desire to help customers is truly top-tier.

“My phone the S22 was very broken and I was worried I would have to spend so much money to either get it fixed or to trade it in. The worker at this location, John. Is a god send. He helped me with all of it and I only ended up spending $60 instead of the $288 that I would have to to fix it or if i had gone to a diffrent store. Thank you so much to John and this store. This will be the only one I go to from now on.”

“The store was amazing Nic, Shay and Mya were amazing helping us and making sure we felt at home especially since we were bringing over so many phones. It was a process, but Nic handled it and made sure everything went smooth and getting us set-up.
