“They really can't help us in the store much at all. They were not rude. I do appreciate letting me know what all I had to do to get my problem taken care of. Need a little bit more help in the store to help us get things taken care of besides always calling and being on line for a long time.”

“So I had an issue with installing AT&T fiber that NO ONE on the phone could solve, so I decided to go to the nearest AT&T store. Dominic, the store manager, went above and beyond to fix my issue. I have been on the phone with at&t for the last few days with no progress. He followed up for me since the visit to make sure I get fiber. I finally do have it installed, so I hope he gets the commission associated with it because everyone else at AT&T that I did speak to has, for lack of better words, pretty useless, because they had me go around in circles and stressed me out for about a week. Highly highly recommend going here for complicated issues that need resolution.”

“I had an excellent experience with the AT&T staff, and I especially want to recognize my sales representative, John. He was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. John did a fantastic job explaining my options and answering all of my questions. He was also able to recommend additional products and services that were a great fit for my needs without making me feel pressured or uncomfortable. His approach was genuinely helpful and customer-focused. It’s refreshing to receive this level of service, and I truly appreciate the time and effort John took to make sure I had a great experience. I look forward to working with him again in the future. AT&T should be proud to have someone like John on their team!”

“I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Jazzmin D. at AT&T in Ferndale! From the moment I came in, she was kind, professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable about AT&T’s products, services, and current promotions. I initially needed help selecting the right phone for my business, but Jazzmin took the time to understand what I actually needed and ended up helping me with so much more. She helped me choose the right business phone, switch to a faster and more cost-efficient internet service, and find a better streaming TV option—all for a fraction of what I had been paying with Xfinity. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured or like I was simply being sold something. Jazzmin explained my options, answered my questions, and made sure the services I chose actually made sense for my needs and my budget. Exceptional customer service is worth recognizing, and Jazzmin absolutely deserves that recognition. She made the entire experience easy, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. AT&T has an incredible representative in Jazzmin, and I would happily recommend working with her to anyone!”

“Bam! Done! New battery in my old iPhone 8 that Apple wouldn't touch. The two guys I met in this shop are kind, polite, friendly, and generous. They are going places, like Hewlet & Packard. Phone was done in 45 minutes, and it's holding a charge nicely. Don't toss your electronics in a landfill without letting these guys take a swing at fixing them, and saving the planet along the way. Thanks, y'all!!!”

“Best AT&T store! Scout was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did she make me feel confident about switching to AT&T but she helped me understand all the ins and out of my new phone that I got with might new line as well. She made the set up easy peasy without the stress that I’d normally endure doing it by myself. Scout was very welcoming and didn’t drag her feet to get started with me. She got me the best deal for a phone line that I’ve had in years. 10/10 experience and I will be happy to return to Madison Heights to see Scout specifically.”
