After another place failed to properly install my air intake valve, I came here, and they quickly diagnosed the issue — the washer had been installed upside down. They fixed it perfectly for just $15 and even replaced the spare tire. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for skilled service and respectful treatment, especially when dealing with newer technology on your vehicle. A great experience all around!”

Always properly balanced and inflated. And now they have an alignment machine which is a huge plus now you don't have to go somewhere after tire to get the alignment. “Yesterday my truck wouldn’t start, and after some friends got it going, I knew the starter needed to be replaced. I first called another shop, but they didn’t really seem to care—they just told me to “bring it in whenever and we’ll get to it when we can.”
When I called Pointe Auto Tech, Mike answered and immediately treated my situation like it mattered. He told me to bring the truck straight in and not shut it off, making sure I’d get there without getting stranded. He really cared about helping me, and it showed.
Even better, they had the starter replaced and my truck back to me in less than 24 hours. That’s incredible, especially since I don’t have another vehicle to fall back on. Mike truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I can’t thank him enough.
The price point was amazing too! Looking around and his prices are lower for sure! So excellent customer service and great prices!

Most jobs are covered by a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty for parts AND labor, which is hard to beat. It's a family owned shop, not new and shiny, but among the best when your vehicle needs maintenance or repairs. Thank you Pam and Keith!”
“First impressions mean everything to me, and my first experience at Skips was great. I’m not sure if I spoke with the owner or manager, but both employees were very nice and greeted me warmly. I explained that I had just bought a cash car and wasn’t feeling too confident about it because my heater had stopped working.
Instead of brushing me off or guessing, he told me to just keep a positive mindset and bring the car in so he could personally check it out. I appreciated that he didn’t try to take advantage of me or make me feel like just another number. The vibe I got was genuine—like he actually cared about making sure I was taken care of.
I wasn’t able to come back the next day, but I will definitely be back to have them check out and service my car. They seemed very knowledgeable, and most importantly, they were kind and sweet. I really look forward to working with them.”

I called Heritage Tire In Windsor, and they were gracious enough to slot me in before the end of the day. I cannot speak highly enough for the office staff and the repair crew! They patched up my tire within 20 minutes, I was not even finished drinking my complementary coffee in the waiting room.
