“Rented bear proof food storage containers for a weekend trip to isle royale. Had a wonderful time and felt secure having a safe way to store our food for a reasonable price. Customer service at Downwind was excellent and the employees were very knowledgeable about the area, isle royale, and backpacking. They were able to answer questions I still had about the journey and tell me what I do and don’t need for my trip. Highly recommend to rent your gear from there for your next backpacking adventure!”
