“Our trip to kauffman's was absolutely wonderful and kathy was nothing short of amazing we bought a lift chair on Saturday and after they delivered it the same day within a hour we got it in our living room and started regretting the purchase its a fantastic chair just so much bigger than normal and didn't match certain things and felt our little dogs would end up getting hurt by jumping up and down they were closed Sunday so I went back Monday to try to return nothing short of amazing 👏 had no problem pick another chair they picked up and delivered new chair can't give enough praise to the customer service and will send anyone and everyone to there store made us feel like family if we could give them 100 stars we would thank you for everything and a customer for life”
