“I didnt used to care for this Location because the Women always have their faces frowned. I went in the Guy said he's been there for 11yrs and the young Lady folding with him had greet personalities and Customer Service. I haven't been in a while so maybe they've had a change in staffing”

I am pleased to learn they sell a lot of made in the USA product.I recently purchased a brand new pair of work boots at Chester and had them re-sole my old ones and mail them to me. They went above and beyond re-sole and gave the leather upper a spa day. They are over two years old and look almost new.”

“i brought my niece there as she desperately needed running shoes. the owners there were great at dealing with her (as she is picky about everything) they fitted her and showed her a bunch of shoes until she found a pair she liked. im also especially happy to support a mom a pop shop rather just shop online . besides, i prefer to be able to go to a shop and return or exchange than deal with posting things back to whatever online store one uses. i will definitely return here as i dont know many places my niece is actually happy with , glad i found at least one place.”
“Bought a pair of Dunham shoes for my husband who works in a plant and has severe plantar fasciitis and two different sized feet. We have wasted close to a thousand dollars over the last five years trying to find shoes that don’t cause my husband severe pain. Dave had my husband try on five different shoes multiple times until he found the right fit. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly and the shoes are American made! I highly recommend this store to anyone that has difficulty finding shoes that are comfortable and fit properly. We will definitely go back to Footwear Footcare in the future.”

The moment we stepped in we were greeted by the sweetest lady, Tina, and she immediately addressed my daughter who was very unsure as she was getting her first safety boots as required by her college program. But with Tina's help, my daughter, who is always in dresses and petticoats, was very comfortable trying boot after boot because Tina and the other lady in store was so supportive and applauded that women can do both. “Stopped at Harbor Freight and got what I was looking for! As a whole the Hoover 11 Shopping Center has a decent selection of retail stores. They could do a better job keeping the entire place a bit cleaner. That can be said about a lot of shopping centers though. It was not busy at all when I last visited. If you need something from one of the retail stores there definitely stop by. You should be able to find what you are looking for.”

“I havent bought a pair of sneakers in years. Certainly due for some new ones. Walked in, took a seat and waited my turn. They give EVERY customer their personal attention. I explained my medical issues and other things. They knew just what would be best. Fitted me, and the time of day I went, my feet were at near full swell, and when the shoes he (manager) picked, trumpets played, balloons floated away, my feet felt relief. He then took the shoes in the back. He sewed one side of the tongue to the side so it doesnt tuck down in when I put them on because of my trouble reaching down to put on shoes. And he put elastic laces in to make it that much easier for me to wear them. Before I never was able to even tie my shoes, they just went untied and stayed open. They are FABULOUS!”
