“Was headed home from newberry michigan from a wonderful family fishing trip and had a bad wheel bearing on our boat trailer and needed parts for it. It was late in the day and tried several places but they were all closed Kyle waited on us and got us the correct size parts and even had a phone number of a mobile mechanic that could help us. He was so courteous and professional and helped us in our time of need. Thank you Auto value and Kyle for being there for us. Sincerely Dawn, Rex and Camdon.”
“I have been to Ernie's for all my part needs for the last several years. I recently was there for some trim screws. Bill assisted me and found what a needed. My experience at Ernie's has always been positive and if they don't have it they give me places that might. Great staff that are knowledgeable and polite.”
“Awesome! Searched about 15 places, some of them laughed at me. Kipp, at Cooks Auto parts, took care of the situation immediately. Paid for the part online and we will be back on the road soon!”

“I needed new clips for an older truck door panel I was trying to put back on after realizing some of the clips were broke and amazing enough they had them when I called! I tried them first before the dealer on a "what do I have to lose" whim and whatta ya know, they had them and a great price. I'll definitely use them!”
