“Great place, first experience with them was 10 years ago when my girlfriend at the time was getting an oil change. Although the faces may have changed since then, their professionalism and polite, courteous nature remained. Usually change my own oil but was unable to at the moment and called them. They were kind enough to use my oil at my own request and handled everything quickly and diligently. They treat customers with respect and are very adept at what they do.”
“First off, I’d like to say that this location has always been the most kind bunch of people ever and I’d appreciate all of them so much.
I ended up buying a new car last year and this was my second oil change. I couldn’t get a chance to get it to the dealership for their services and I didn’t want to wait a day for it to get done or however long it was for me. I ended up going to Uncle Ed’s for my oil change. Automatically, I was greeted and pulled in immediately to get everything started.
Terrance(the manager) was so chill and so nice and we had good conversation and laid everything out and how much it’ll be. There was a deal for a oil cleaner and a gas cleanser going on and I automatically said yes(new car, had fuel injectors cleaned on this thing once before..never want it to happen again.) so I figured I’d do it. Destiny, the other tech is so sweet and she and Terrance did everything for me.
I needed my cabin air filter and my normal air filter replaced. I thought my car was gonna be an easy “pop out glove compartment, maybe a few screws” situation but NOPE. They basically had to pull everything apart to get to it. Mind you, it’s hot af outside and everyone’s sweating and it’s a god awful humid day out, both of them fought with everything for a good minute to get everything to access my cabin air filter. I kept apologizing because I didn’t realize how much work it truly was, and they were so understanding and kept telling me it’s okay.
Destiny and Terrance, if you see this you have no idea how much I appreciate you guys. Thank you for being so sweet and understanding towards me, and thank you Destiny for fixing me back up again. You guys were struggling and you kept fighting. The dealership I went to was a little bit cheaper in the oil change price, but they lost my business. I will be coming here from now on to get everything they can do done. They’re honest and wonderful individuals, and I will gladly pay a little bit more because of what they did for me today.”

Services they provided at this visit was an oil change, air filter & air cabin filter replacements and windshield wiper replacement (front and rear).

Got an oil change and an engine oil flush since I was overdue for an oil change and there was sludge buildup. Service was quick, they worked efficiently, got me in and out in about 25 min (15 for the flush and 10 for the rest)”

“I've been taking our cars here for a couple of years now. Bill and Steve are trustworthy and will give you an honest assessment of the work your vehicle needs and will charge a reasonable price to complete the repair. My vehicle had an issue that the dealership would've charged several hundred dollars more to repair. Steve called me after they diagnosed the problem and gave me a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and the costs before proceeding.

“My husband have been bringing our cars here for nearly 14-awesome years!! ???? We absolutely love and appreciate their signature customer care and it's the reason we return again and again. Normally, my husband would be doing the oil change but, I was in the vicinity and just pulled right in. I was hearing a winding noise and thought that it might just need some power steering fluid. Told my guy what the issue was ( that we just bought this pre-owned car ) and what my concerns were. He spotted my current sticker, which stated that I wasn't ready for a oil change but, he took a look anyways. He said I was low on my power steering fluid & trans-fluid and he topped off those and my oil ( not a dime!!) which was clean and good to go. Also needed a new windshield blade cause the current one was streaking so badly. And here again is the reason why we love coming here; cause when he took off the blade, he noticed that the blade still had a guard on it, hence the reason for the streaking!! He brought it to my window to show me the culprit, that infact the blade was brand new, with the guard still attached. See, it's all about the honesty for me! Because women often get taken advantage of in this instances (when we don't know) and get bled-dry with the bill!
But, not here my ladies! Bring it on around, my fellas gotcha right, here!! I was also glad to see one of the old-head still around (and working!!!! ) keeping his youngins doing right.

“HANK’s Auto was recommended to me to resolve an electrical issue on my 2013 Cadillac Escalade. Something was draining my battery within 24–48 hours, which was extremely frustrating. I had previously taken my truck to another shop that failed to fix the problem—despite charging me a hefty amount.
I decided to give it one last shot and brought my truck to HANK’s. The 5-star reviews I saw on Google were absolutely accurate! The team was professional, communicative, and Autumn kept me updated throughout the process. Steve provided a fair estimate and diagnosed the issue quickly—no small feat, considering electrical problems on modern vehicles packed with electronics can be tricky.
I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserves one. After more than a month, I can confidently say the issue is fixed. I let the truck sit for several days—NO battery drain! I not only recommend HANK’s Auto, but I’ll definitely return if any of my vehicles need service. Thank you, HANK’s!”
