“I needed 4 tiny batteries; not the most common kind. And it was right b4 closing when I got there (of course!). They had what i needed, and were very friendly at check-out.”

“They literally have a little bit of everything. Lawn and garden, plumbing, electrical, pet stuff, tools, snacks, building supplies, automotive fluids and cleaners, paint etc. Along with small engine repair/parts for your outdoor toys. Went for a part for my riding mower which unfortunately they did not have in stock but it was an oddball part. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly but you gotta be patient if they are super busy and you need assistance. Understandable with only 2 or 3 people working.”
“Made the phone call, someone answered, asked the question, received my answer. Just like it is to be, customer service with professionalism and common courtesy. Went in, picked up my item, had to do a little craftmanship to it, and the store associate helped me through the process, even lent me some tools.
New to the area, so refreshing to know we have someone close to help us out with tools, supplies, and information.”
“I have always been able to count on OBS to have what I need and the service has always been great. Recently I made an online ship to store purchase of a speciality item and on the day of arrival I happened to be out on the lake. Today I came home to the bag hanging on my doorknob!! You guys are truly taking customer service to the next level!! Thank you all!!💪💪🎯”

“The staff are friendly and helpful! Sometimes they offer to answer a question before you realize that you need help. And they love it when you bring your dog with you.”
