Not only did they treat me like family, they worked with my extended warranty, gave me a loaner car and got me the best deal on a new engine that didn’t break us. “These guys are great, they replaced both front wheel bearings on our 2010 Volvo. We had one done at another shop and it went bad. These guys replaced both for what the other shop charged me for 1. What was exceptional was the customer support of the service department. In particular several advisors and a manager, with one service advisor who stood out.
Carissa provided excellent customer care during my service visit. She listened and noted a concern or two about my vehicle’s maintenance issues. She really excelled when I needed to return twice after completion of service as a result of two items the service tech did not accomplish. She handled both the reinstall of the 3M door handle protectors, and resetting the maintenance interval reminders.
She should be commended for her thorough action, genuine demeanor and respect for the customer. She provided exceptional service recovery and helped balance my negative opinion of the actual service work performed.”

“The team here is nice and honest. I was getting warning messages on the dash of my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado. The anti lock brakes, cruise control, and stabillitrak weren't working. Brought it in and was told there would be a diagnostic fee then we'd go from there. They did pull some initial fault codes but the warnings/faults went away and didn't come back. They returned my vehicle and didn't charge me anything. Suggesting I bring it in again if the issue returns. They could easily have charged me but didn't. I'm definitely coming back when my vehicle needs any type of service!”

“When I first moved to the area, my trucks wheels all of a sudden seemed to be out of balance. I thought wheel weights had fallen off. They informed me it was mud from the dirt road I lived on and didn't charge me for my ignorance. I recently had them replace my AC compressor. They had it finished in a few hours after they opened. I was happily surprised.”

“If I could give 10 stars I would! I scheduled a windshield replacement and called to cancel due to the fact I could not find someone to pick myself and 2 kids up. Danny was amazing and offered a loaner car for free. Once we got there to drop off my car and make my claim, my 2 little kids (4 & 7) sat down, and they so kindly changed the channel from an auto show to cartoons for them. Once we were done and I was trying to install car seat in the loaner car, several of the guys came out and helped me find the latches and get them installed. As a mom of 2 little kids, I cannot express how helpful they were!! I will be forever a customer and will recommend them to anyone!!”
