“My wife and I love this store! Not only does it offer a great selection of items, but it is the employees that have us coming back! We adopted a new family member, a Great Pyrenees named Maisie. We brought Maisie to the store to have a tag made for her collar. Tamara was so friendly and helpful assisting us with how to use the self serve machine to make the tag. Additionally, Carter was amazing as well! Carter is always so personable and goes over and beyond providing the best customer service! Adding a second review for outstanding and stellar service! Came back two days later to order a second tag for Maisie. This time we were helped by Amy and Carter. Carter once again went the extra mile to assist us with a price adjustment! They are some of the best examples of true customer service we have ever experienced! Both Carter & Amy were so kind and loving towards Maisie, too. They spoiled her with treats and lots of attention. They are assets to your company and deserve some recognition!”

They also have a nail clipping and hair cut area so you can drop off and get all the services you need. The trainers are wonderful and willing to work through almost anything with you.”

Andrew E helped me find the right battery and carried it out to my car for me (those things are heavy!). He went over the return policy with me and was very polite the whole time. “Rural King is one of my favorite stores to visit. They have a ton of stuff! They also are home to RK Guns,the in store gun shop. I always enjoy checking them out, and usually, I never leave there empty handed. I picked up a beautiful semi auto shotgun, some ammo, bottles water, deer feed, and really enjoyed watching the baby chickens run around inside their enclosures. Rural King is my GO TO place. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.”
