“Unfortunately they couldn't diagnose the issue with our car. That said, they took it on very short notice, let us keep it there while we waited to figure out how to get it back, and they didn't try to sell us fixes or up charge anything. Though I am not from the area, I would certainly recommend them for at least being honest and understanding.”
