“I had minivan trouble and had the vehicle towed to their shop. They looked at it right away and thankfully it was just an issue of an unsecured battery and loose cables.
Got an oil change while there.
A few days later I had an issue with solenoids to the fuel pump and worked it out with one of the owners and AI. The owner was kind enough to study the fuse box and mark the fuse that I had to pull if the fuel pump started acting up again.

“Outstanding service! Lafayette collision center completed the service on my vehicle sooner than expected. All the staff are friendly and helpful with answering my questions. They are reasonably priced and there wasn’t a wait in the office for help. It did take some time for scheduling, because they’re so busy. It was worth the wait though. “We had to be towed when our motorhome broke down. We live out of it so they towed us to a campground, came and picked us up when the parts for my rv arrived, and worked tirelessly to make sure we weren’t stranded for any longer. There aren’t a lot of places that will work on a 30 year old rv so it was a fair bit expensive, but not something I wasn’t expecting. I would recommend them for their customer service. And also the tow truck driver came less than 30 minutes after we called originally, and also arrived 10 minutes early to our scheduled pickup time. He was friendly and informative and even tried to see if it was a problem he could fix right there”
“Brad and the team at Superior collision did an excellent repair on my Ford Bronco! I started the claim with my insurance company but they found more damage once I dropped the vehicle off to get repaired. They handled getting all of the repairs approved and even found replacement parts that are on national back order so I could get my vehicle back asap.”

“Last week, my wife and I brought our 2006 CRV up north (cheap on gas). Suddenly the exhaust got really noisy. I was heading 7 hours south in 2 days, and all the other local muffler repair shops couldn't give me an appointment for several days. Phil at Heritage said he'd squeeze me in somehow if I'd drop it off tomorrow. I decided to drop it off that afternoon, and Sam there texted me back a few hours later that it was finished already and I could pick it up before closing. Plus, they repaired ONLY what was necessary. Fair price, honest service and very prompt. I'm so appreciative (and lucky) that I took my car to Heritage!!! Thanks Phil and Sam!!!”
