I was shown my rotor and what was causing some shuddering and wasn't a simple transaction and off I went. Went above and beyond instead of just replacing the brakes & rotors. Did some extra coating with no extra cost so my parts stay healthy for longer.”

“I have been a customer at Superior Collision more often than I would like to admit. I’ve had no issues with the repair work and they have repaired multiple vehicles multiple times for me. The loaner cars are clean run well and look nice. On my most recent visit some work was done that neither myself or my spouse recalled requesting. They had replaced a rear wheel well molding that was scratched. It wasn’t part of the repair my insurance was covering so the cost would be out of pocket. They were going to drop the repair charge for the molding. I was happy they had fixed it so I said I would pay for the repair. They said if I covered the $90 materials cost that’s all they wanted. They actually refused to let me pay for the full cost of that repair.”

“We were traveling in our motor coach and having major issues. Called and talked to Jake the service manager and he said they were really busy but would work me in that day. Upon arriving a technician named Blake who was 22 years old started rattling off the the possible problems. This guy was great, between him and Dan a seasoned tech they were able to resolve the issue that two previous shops couldn't figure out and had us back on the road in a few hours. They know there stuff and were pleasant to visit with. On top of it all the cost was half of what we were expecting. Highly recommend this place and these guys.”

“I went to go get an oil change, within the day my check engine light came on. When I looked, I saw a part of my evap system had been broke during the oil change. This is something that can easily happen when placing the cover back on my model of car. Called 30 minutes before close. Was told to come in and when I arrived they already had the part on the way. They had it replaced and me back on the road before they closed for the day with no arguments and an apology. I appreciated how easy it was and felt very supported. Would definitely continue to go back!”
