“I had minivan trouble and had the vehicle towed to their shop. They looked at it right away and thankfully it was just an issue of an unsecured battery and loose cables.
Got an oil change while there.
A few days later I had an issue with solenoids to the fuel pump and worked it out with one of the owners and AI. The owner was kind enough to study the fuse box and mark the fuse that I had to pull if the fuel pump started acting up again.

“Had a few codes to my transmission got it rebuilt here it took only 3 days I then had one code come back and terry got me back in as soon as he got the new sensor and fixed within an hour he topped off my transmission fluid as well and sent me on my way with a warranty I greatly recommend coming here a lot of other shop outsource the work and are shady looking to charge you another grand he has the lowest quote and the best reinsurance any shop has given me”

“Not only are the mechanics at Silas super knowledgeable and great at what they do, they have 10/10 customer service. They’re able to explain what’s wrong to someone who knows almost nothing about cars (me) without being condescending and they’ll go over a list of what needs to be done and help you prioritize. I had to drive downstate between when they looked at my car and when a part to fix the windshield sprayer came in, and they managed to rig up a short term solution so it still worked for a long drive.

“We had Pomps put tires on the tractor for us at our house and fill them with Eco ballast. They did a really good job at a reasonable price. Tractor tires aren't cheap, but they were cheaper than buying them online because they get regular deliveries so no shipping charge here. The installer was very good at installing them. I would have installed them myself if I was ten years younger, but being over seventy everything would have been sore for weeks after that. Rick”
