“Last week, my wife and I brought our 2006 CRV up north (cheap on gas). Suddenly the exhaust got really noisy. I was heading 7 hours south in 2 days, and all the other local muffler repair shops couldn't give me an appointment for several days. Phil at Heritage said he'd squeeze me in somehow if I'd drop it off tomorrow. I decided to drop it off that afternoon, and Sam there texted me back a few hours later that it was finished already and I could pick it up before closing. Plus, they repaired ONLY what was necessary. Fair price, honest service and very prompt. I'm so appreciative (and lucky) that I took my car to Heritage!!! Thanks Phil and Sam!!!”
