Side note for those unaware: if it is your first time going it is a card only establishment. Don't assume like me and forget your card and try to pay cash🫣. Thank you guys for working with me!!😁😁”
“This one is one of the better locations, I always swing through when I go through the area. The system is set so that it beats up your vehicle and it doesn't leave a lot of residue like some of the other locations (my local one is much shorter and they try to do too much in that space and beat your vehicle up a bit)”

“On a road trip when the oil maintenence warning came on at the 5000 mark. Went in for an oil change, they checked the oil and asked if I was on a long road trip because the oil was very clean. Told me I could go ahead with the change but could go another couple thousand miles if I wanted to wait until we got home. How honest is that!!! Highly recommend these guys if you're in the Lansing MI area.”

“Would love to give a 5 star review but the customer service is very disappointing, in fact it doesn't even exist. In the app it says you can pause your account instead of canceling it, to contact them to do so. So I emailed them, received no response. I used their text message method and received a generic response followed by no more responses to my request. Called them and was directed to the text message, that once again never responded. Ended up having to cancel instead of just pausing for one week.”

“My car alerted me that my front tires were low on air. I had knee surgery a few weeks ago, so I knew that I could not do it without some help. I stopped in and Jake was kind enough to stop what he was doing and put air in all four of my tires. I really appreciated him today!”

“Eric, Tanner and the younger gentleman with longhair took care of all my car care needs today! I came in for air in my tires and they noticed my windshield washer fluid light was on, they offered to fill it up for me and replaced my windshield wipers for less than what it would have cost me to do it myself. Happy to support local businesses! Especially when the service is top notch & the staff are friendly and love their jobs.”

“I needed a self-serve car wash while visiting family in the area recently and this location was located only a couple of miles from where we were staying. Overall, the self-serve wash bay did a surprisingly good job of washing off the dirt without me having to use a wash mit. The sign that mentioned something about paying $20 for a car wash was a bit confusing at first, but then I reasoned that you can get a wash for just a few dollars. Other than that, the wash process went well. The cost was probably in line with other similar car self-serve car washes. I'm not a fan of using a credit card at a location like this, so I appreciated that the wash bay will accept tokens (or credit cards).”
“(RECAP- NEW POINT OF VIEW) The workers are polite and seem to enjoy their job( SOME MORE THAN OTHERS...obviously) . Vacuums are free of charge if you get a car wash.(STILL) They do accept tips. (STILL) They are giving you a service. What did Oprah say minimum 20%.(STILL) They don't charge for the interior wipes. (STILL) Air freshener comes with the gold platinum and diamond. The little tree ones cost me at least 2$ at the store ( FAIR THAT IT DOESN'T COME WITH THE THE TWO CHEAPER WASHES.). I got the red wash the first time. Will let ya know when I go back. (Definitely a return customer) I think I am going to try the gold, at least. Maybe the ones with the ceramic coating stuff (ONLY EVER GET THE GOLD OR HIGHER NOW, THE SHINE IS BETTER WITH PLATINUM, & DIAMOND, LAST LONGER WITH DIAMOND) ( prices are reasonable considering what you're getting with the wash. The best is the subscriptions but still tip, just because you're getting a car wash for pennies on the dollar doesn't mean that you shouldn't just still tip them for what the wash is worth.”

“We were highly impressed with our service on 11/1/25. They had one single service staff (Joe) who was very efficient, friendly and professional. He gracefully bounced from bay to bay servicing our vehicle and another without batting an eye. Great experience, and major kudos to Joe!!”

“Got change from the office. They were very friendly and helpful. The car wash is ok, only 2 bays working. Definitely lacks a few features that are pretty standard at most car washes like a wheel and tire cleaner.
All in all it's an ok car way and I was able to wash my large van. The friendly staff in the office earned a few of the stars!”
“I have been a SS customer for 25+ years. I have always had great experiences with this business. Following my visit in December 2025, I had an issue with the results of my interior detailing. I contacted Mark, the owner and he immediately agreed to fix the problem. I brought my Jeep back in and his team redid the interior. The result was excellent. I have recommended SS to many of my friends and coworkers over the years and will continue to do so. In this day and age where we are less than satisfied with customer service, it is refreshing to know that there are businesses who still care...who still put the custom first. I give Showroom Shine 5 stars!”
“I would only say 4 star because its competing with meijers and speedway next to each other and usually is more expensive. Has a car was I think thats the only advantage but inside doesnt really have much compared to the others next door.”

“This was a fairly nice car wash, however it only takes Quarters so bring cash. There is a change machine on the front of the building. 5 bucks was enough to spray the dirt off my truck, but not actually wash it, so I think its fair this day in age with everything being so expensive.”
