Went here a year later and they were just as kind and helpful. Gave me options of extra things to do besides oil but I didn’t feel pressured whatsoever.”

“On a road trip when the oil maintenence warning came on at the 5000 mark. Went in for an oil change, they checked the oil and asked if I was on a long road trip because the oil was very clean. Told me I could go ahead with the change but could go another couple thousand miles if I wanted to wait until we got home. How honest is that!!! Highly recommend these guys if you're in the Lansing MI area.”

“Would love to give a 5 star review but the customer service is very disappointing, in fact it doesn't even exist. In the app it says you can pause your account instead of canceling it, to contact them to do so. So I emailed them, received no response. I used their text message method and received a generic response followed by no more responses to my request. Called them and was directed to the text message, that once again never responded. Ended up having to cancel instead of just pausing for one week.”

“I got a flat tire and luckily we had got our tires with a warranty last November. Walmart honored the warranty no problem and just prorated us for the mileage. I am so glad I got my tires from Walmart. While I was there I got the premium synthetic oil change from r less than $60.00. What a deal. Thanks for the excellent service Darienne and team. “Last week I had such a pleasant oil change experience. I called 40 minutes ahead to make sure oil change services were still available for that day. I pulled in at 4:40 and the man in charge was apologetic that I'd have to wait about an hour for my oil change because the day crew was getting ready to leave (I was already expecting to wait, so this was not bothersome to me at all, but I thought his being apologetic about it was incredibly kind). Then he came in the waiting room to tell me the day crew could change the oil in 15 minutes, so it would be ready sooner than expected. On top of that, one of the crew members who changed my oil rang me up at the register and was so friendly! I figured most people would be disgruntled to do one more job at the end of their shift, but she had a happy demeanor and was very pleasant. I definitely think this crew went above and beyond and I wanted to commend them for their excellent customer service!”
