Not only were my concerns addressed, but you could tell they looked at the vehicle in its entirety. Costs and options were effectively communicated and services promptly performed - despite it being "Thanksgiving Eve". Compared to mechanics I've had in the past, services are also relatively affordable. Brian was personable and kind. Will be a returning customer, happy to find a trustworthy mechanic as someone who is new to the area.”

“I've always dreaded working with mechanics, until I found Ryan's Auto Care. I know I'll just be echoing what a lot of other reviewers have said, but this place is top notch. They have very reasonable prices, they are honest, and they communicate very well throughout the whole process. Not to mention, my jeep runs even better than when I bought it! “They just tend to be a little better than the other places I've been too over the years they follow the standard operating procedure of this company pretty tight pretty clean professionally run oil change place. Not necessarily the fastest but these days I don't know anyone who's quick! frankly I think Michigan turned into Florida and Florida turned into Michigan when it comes to the pace of the people. but I digress that has nothing to do technically with this oil change place! it's a good place get your oil changed. They really cover all the bases and if they see anything that's looking suspicious but out of their purview they always make you aware of other maintenance needs you might need to check on.”

“This is hands down the absolute best mechanic/auto repair shop I have ever had the pleasure of patronizing and I've been to my fair share of mechanics over the years. Most of the time I work on my own vehicles and am pretty knowledgeable about what parts need to be replaced when they break, the older I get the less desire/time I have to work on my vehicles myself so after having some bad/dishonest experiences at other shops I eventually found Randy and his guys at this Muffler Man in Lansing and I will never go anywhere else ever again as long as they are there. These guys are 100% honest about what the issue is with your vehicle and won't try to create extra work for themselves (its not like they need too) when the vehicle doesn't need it like alot of less honest shops do. They are straight shooters and are great at communicating with their customers. They seem to understand that alot of people dont have unlimited funds to dump into their vehicles so they try to be as economical as possible with the repairs in my experience. Very friendly. They have a large waiting area with a television, kid friendly, clean restroom and Randy even has a little area when you first walk in that has non perishable food items and clothing items that him and his guys donate (and customers if they choose too) for anyone who is in need to take what they can use. To me, that alone is a SURE SIGN of the type of shop this is, they truly care about their customers and the people in the community. If you need any type of repairs done on your vehicle you can't go wrong stopping in at this Muffler Man, give them a shot and just like me youll never need to find another mechanic. I wish that all business owners would operate the way that Randy does, they "get it" here. Thanks a million and then some for all that you and your guys have done for me. Car repairs can be a real nightmare but you guys have always made the experience much more tolerable and knowing that my hard earned money is going to a humble, honest, hard working business like yours makes the experience even better.”
“Got in quickly. Everything I asked them to do, they sure "seemed" to do (lol!). It was a clean Valvoline. Actually, I had 1st went to the one on Waverly by Home Depot...even though I was "next in line"...I sat there for over 20 minutes. I was truly glad that I left there bc on my home, the Amazon Prime van was still there...that means I would've still been sitting there. That's crazy!Anyway, everything went smoothly, the folks that worked there were helpful, considerate of my questions & did seem like their jobs were 2nd nature ?”

“Marti Adecco was the best. We drove from Ohio to purchase a vehicle for my husband and we mentioned I was interested in a newer escape for myself and within 10 minutes I was approved for a 2016 Orange Ford Escape!! I dont have to drive back for it either as she offered to deliver it. She went above and beyond and we appreciate her professional, honest and courteous manner. She is very funny as well. We will be coming back in summer for our other car!!”
“Got an oil change here yesterday. Normally I do it myself, but I didn't have the time or tools this go-around. Decided to bring it here because my car is out of warranty with the dealership and this place allowed me to bring my own materials which was nice.Made it very clear I was in no rush and I just wanted them to take their time and go easy on my car. The tech I was talking to reassured me that they would take care of me and I have nothing to worry about.Not more than a minute later, a different tech working in the front of my car yanked the battery cover clip off with full force, sending it flying. After I asked if he just broke the clip they admitted fault. Claim they are going to buy me a new battery cover free of charge. We will see how long that takes.Everything else seems fine.Edit: Took about a week for Joshua to call me back to tell me the replacement arrived. Overall really satisfied with the remedy and the whole process. Joshua was really helpful and sympathetic; seriously appreciated. The comment below did not help - they did not respond.”
“Professional, courteous, and honest. I took a classic car to them thinking it had a major problem and after a thorough inspection they sent me on my way. They could have told me anything. I saved $1,000+ from what I thought was going to happen. Note that they do not make inspection appointments, so you take them as first come, first serve. You drop it off, and they call you after inspection with the results.”

“A special shout-out to Ian, Gary, and Eric! These guys are focused on taking care of their customers, period. I got into a pretty bad deer wreck. Where other body shops tried to schedule my car to come in weeks away, they towed in my car the day I called them. They worked with my insurance and were clear and transparent in all their communication. My car ended up getting totaled, but A&D knew how to make a terrible situation just a bit more bearable. Thank you A&D!”
