“Casey was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was incredibly fast to respond to all of the questions I had about the vehicle and the GM Family Discount process. He worked hard to make sure that I was aware of all the options I had available to me on the GMC Terrain and once I decided on what I wanted was able to get one delivered from another Lafontaine store the same day. He made sure I was aware of all of the benefits the GMC and Lafontaine provide. The dealership is clean and well let and has a great coffee and snack selection while you wait.”
“We were passing through East Lansing from out of town. All of a sudden I started hearing a terrible noise from my right front suspension. After calling a few other repair shops with no luck being 4 pm on a Friday, I got a call back that muffler man was able to get me in before they closed that evening. It ended up being a minor repair, they got us in and out quickly and were honest & friendly in the process. Thanks Muffler Man!

“Last week I had such a pleasant oil change experience. I called 40 minutes ahead to make sure oil change services were still available for that day. I pulled in at 4:40 and the man in charge was apologetic that I'd have to wait about an hour for my oil change because the day crew was getting ready to leave (I was already expecting to wait, so this was not bothersome to me at all, but I thought his being apologetic about it was incredibly kind). Then he came in the waiting room to tell me the day crew could change the oil in 15 minutes, so it would be ready sooner than expected. On top of that, one of the crew members who changed my oil rang me up at the register and was so friendly! I figured most people would be disgruntled to do one more job at the end of their shift, but she had a happy demeanor and was very pleasant. I definitely think this crew went above and beyond and I wanted to commend them for their excellent customer service!”
