“I always get good serice here and usually I come in with questions that they have always been helpful with. Been using O'Reilly even back when they were Murry's.
I will continue coming back. Last visit they tested my battery and alternator on a 16 year old Escape we just got for my daughter. He told me it was ok, but also mentioned that it looked to be misfiring and that could be causing my problems. Was recommended a fuel additive being it had old gas and it is running a little better after adding that and topping off with premium as recommended.”

He even came out to check to see if the battery that I had in my van was the right size.He said that I have the right one for the van and he said I didn’t need to buy a new one. He’s very nice and communicative to make sure my business is able to get what we need. Sometimes they are short staffed or have newer employees that may not be as knowledgeable but all business’ are struggling to find reliable employees so give they grace and patience. “Just want to commend Wes for his great service. Not only did he answer all my girl-questions and show me which coolant I needed, but he even stepped out to the parking lot to show me where the intake valve is located. Although warm a/c is not a crisis, this was my first time handling any sort of vehicle related issue without my dad. I would have otherwise gotten on YouTube and maybe spent a little longer in their parking lot but thanks to Wes @ O’Reilly it ended up being a super easy fix! “I just met this guy named Chris. He is an employee of O’Reillys. I just got it aftermarket grill and it had some lights on it. And I had no idea how I was going to put it together as far as the electrical part.. and Chris came outside with me and looked at what I had and showed me exactly what to do and when I was outside taking the light apart, he took it upon himself to get the electrical stuff that I needed ready for me when I got inside, I bought the stuff and then he came outside with me and showed me how to hook it up..
Just wow, there’s not too many people out in the world that actually care to help someone and I am glad to have met Chris and I pray for him and his family. Blessings upon blessings.”
“This a great store, I go always cause of Mike Campbell he's the best and will show you the best parts and won't sell you some cheap made in India parts for example the othe day went in there for some brake pads and Mike saw the ones I was buying and told me I need to buy these better brand and quality pads instead and he was right they are great, I would highly recommend this place and want to thank my great friend and all Mike for his help on all my parts and being so kind to educate me on certain parts, its hard to find good workers and honest so thank you Mike and Oriellys

Mohammad was very helpful, good natured and humorous. The scan was quick and I received a printout of the results to take to a mechanic.

“McKenzie was super helpful finding the bulb I asked for, which turns out wasn’t what I needed. Next day I came back, she tried again to help but had a hard time because I was giving the wrong information! Tony jumps into help, going out to the car he retrieved my bulb that had fallen into the space between the bumper and radiator! After assessing the situation Tony surmised that the bulb was good, a different bulb needed changing and that was the bulb I had purchased!!! With some difficulty (weird bracket on OG bulb)he got them both in and I was free to prowl the night streets again without fear of a ticket. I don’t actually prowl but I like to keep my options opens 😉
